Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Barbat

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

Mrs. Snjezana's accommodation was really nice and comfortable, clean and in a convenient location to reach the very fine beach of Lopar and the center for the evening, full of shops and attractions for children. The lady is really nice, on our arrival we found in the fridge a bottle of sparkling water, a juice and some very fresh beer, she also delighted us with a nice plate of grapes that is located just outside her veranda. On my baby's birthday she made us find a cake with plates and candles and balloons (she was super), she asked if there was a need to wash the clothes and finally she left us a gift. We recommend it and it is a place we would return to!

We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Ines was an excellent host. Everything has completely satisfied us. The house is beautiful, with a great pool and quiet location. Perfect for switching off. Ines is always available and very helpful.

Vacation with toddler (2 years): quiet location, few cars, quiet walking opportunities in the green, small playground nearby (church). Accommodation well equipped for children (stuffed animals, toys, spray guns, life jacket, fall-out protection for the bed, crib, stair protection on the upper floor). Kitchen and bathroom well equipped, everything you need, fridge filled with good things. Pool unfortunately unheated, but very well maintained. Fireplace and wood to heat up on cold rainy days. Sea can be reached by car within a few minutes (e.g. Cizici): beautiful bay, shallow waters, many small beaches, playground, restaurants and bars. The rest of the island can be explored in about 10-40 minutes by car. Good starting point. very satisfied, despite bad and cold weather (early May) ideal equipment - we were still able to enjoy the week. Very suitable for families - even with a toddler. Would book again immediately!

Renato is a really nice and friendly person. He s always there for you, and help you even out with little things like vinegar (thanks again :)) The appartment was clean and not too far away to the city. Close by you find restaurants and supermarket. It was nice to meet Renato and we enjoyed our stay there.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the vicinity, much can be reached in 10-15 min drive, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options are not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

Perfect apartment. Beautiful location, 5 minutes' walk to a sandy beach and the beautiful promenade overlooking the historic center of Rab. Friendly and attentive hospitality.

Our stay with Andrej and Antonia was great - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Both are very good hosts, we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The place looked 1:1 like in the photos, was very clean and you can see how much time and effort the two are investing so that everything is well maintained and their guests feel at home. Throughout our entire stay, both have repeatedly inquired about our well-being and made great recommendations for the area. We recommend a stay with Andrej and Antonia to anyone traveling to Rab:)

Great area, a few meters' walk from the beaches of Barbart. Easy to get around even by car for the main points of interest and beaches. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Dalija was super helpful and kind. Definitely to be recommended ☺️

Ruzica is a great host. She was helpful, and friendly from the get-go. Whenever a need for advice arose, she always had some suggestions.

Very nice apartment with clean yard and pool! We have nothing to complain about. When the island of Rab is back on the list of our holiday destinations, we will book the accommodation again if it is available. 10 out of 10!

We had a very nice vacation at Villa Delfin. The location is great and quiet. There is a great pool and private access to the sea. The villa, the property and our apartment (Yellow) are in a very well-maintained condition. Sani is a very helpful, friendly and pleasant hostess. Our stay at Marica was amazing and we would definitely recommend it! The place was clean, simple, with everything you need. The best part was the garden underneath the olive trees, thoughtful touches and the see just few meters away. Marica is an amazing host, responsive, pleasant, very helpful and we would gladely come back again :)

What luck we had to find Nada's place. All very well taken care, clean, bed and pillows great, strong shower, air-conditioning. Breakfast, for an extra cost of 12euros is worth it, is very fed up and tasty. Nearby restaurants, markets and old town. Down the street from the house and turning right when you reach the beach you can rent motorcycle, bike, e-bike or speedboat, very good company, we recommend. Finally, host Nada is an amazing person, always cheerful and willing to help. We will remember her forever.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

They’re truly amazing people and hosts! I guess it was our best Airbnb experience ever :) (most probably we will come back to Rijeka and stay there again)✨✨

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!
