Vous pourrez vous rendre en voiture, vélo ou à pied sur la route du Gois célèbre pour ses marées, l'embarcadère pour l'île d'Yeu, vous promener dans la forêt et au polder de Sébastopol. Non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite

Petite maisonnette rénovée de 45m2, composée d’une pièce de vie avec cuisine neuve et équipée dotée d'un canapé lit 2 places, d’une chambre indépendante avec un lit en 160 cm, d’une salle de bain et d’une véranda. La chambre donne directement sur la terrasse et le jardinet… La plage se trouve à 400 m (on entend la mer de la maison…!) ; club de voile et de char à voile à proximité ; centre bourg à 10’ à pied.
