Welcome to the Hôtel de la Louvre! Built in 1659, the building in which the apartment is located is one of the oldest in Rennes still standing. The monumental staircase and facade are classified as historical monuments. It immediately overlooks Place des Lices and allows you to enjoy the market on Saturday mornings, bars and restaurants that surround it. It is a 5-minute walk to the square and the Sainte-Anne metro station, and 10 minutes to the parliament.
