It won the award for the most beautiful village in Cantabria 2020. The house is located in a nature reserve, ideal for hiking along the Roman road and other places in the natural environment. There is also the possibility of skiing in the Alto Campoo resort during the winter season.

Casa Saja

The Saja house is located very close to the Natural Park of the same name, it is a good area for outdoor sports. It's in the village of Cobejo, Molledo's municipal term. It is a typical Cantabrian house made with stone and wood. It has some nice rooms and a living room with a fireplace to enjoy and rest reading or watching TV. A spacious garden perfect for enjoying a few days. The garden is shared with Casa Besaya but the big enough for the two houses.

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

The Chulavista Dome is a geodesic dome high up in the trees. Our two-storey treehouse is built around 3 Fresnos (European Ash), a tree native to Cantabria. The huge windows and large terrace offer panoramic views of the valley, mountains and forests.
