The apartment has its own entrance and parking spot to ensure privacy. Please be aware the apartment is on the second floor so requires walking up the stairs to access. My brand new ‘barndominium’ is a lovely retreat! Two mini donkeys live on the property. You will see wild turkeys, deer, bald eagles, and otters. Enjoy the nature trails that wind through the woods, sit on the beach, swim in the river, or kayak down Newbegun Creek into the beautiful, fresh water Pasquotank River. Peace and quiet abound on this private, 58 acre farm. Located 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Elizabeth City, where you will find shopping, museums, and fine dining.

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.
