Beautiful, elegant and spacious apartment, finely cared for and furnished, on the second floor of a prestigious and elegant building in Bardonecchia equipped with concierge service. Nestled in the pine forest, the building has a park and games room. Free parking under the house. A few steps from the famous ski fields of Campo Smith and the playground and five minutes (on foot) from the old village. The free shuttle to downtown is right under the house!

Quiet, bright and warm apartment in a nice condominium in the center. Convenient to supermarkets, restaurants and all the shops . Easily reachable by train. Free shuttle palina in front of the entrance to get around any ski slope in just a few minutes without having to take the car. Close to parking and a small green area with games for children. Sheets and towels cannot be provided. There are blankets and pillows. There is a double sofa bed.
