The villa has a covered terrace (10 p. dining table) with gas BBQ at the house, overgrown with wisteria. Beautiful views of an olive grove, the mountains and valley. In the large garden (6000 m2) you will find olive trees, broom, other plants and also some seats. At 45 min. drive (via beautiful roads) you reach the Côte d'Azur with its beautiful beaches.

Environnement privilégié toutes saisons : couchers de soleil splendides les beaux jours et apéros près du poêle à bois l'hiver. Ici pas de chichi, mais le luxe ultime : temps, espace et sérénité. ❄️ Hiver : le chauffage se fait uniquement au poêle à bois, 24° max, ce qui est déjà très confortable. Perte de mobilité ?
