Amazing villa built in 1925 in Villanova, seaside resort of Ostuni (Puglia), a charming location just 10 meters from the sea. In front there is a small isolated and quiet rocky beach, surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean bush, from which you can swim. Each room has a window or a door directly on the sea. The house is cozy, comfortable, a view that stretches between the sea and the green of the garden. Beautiful living room with the fireplace and the view of the sea. Garden, patio, terrace.

Small cottage with large private pool

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.
