My stay at Sashi's apartment was wonderful. We were with the family and everyone was very well accommodated and comfortable. The apartment is located in a beautiful condominium, with an incredible view of the mountains. It even snowed on our balcony during the period. It was amazing. The place is very safe and I recommend having a car. Parking was easy and close to the apartment entrance. The place was clean, tidy and very cozy. The heating worked perfectly and everything we needed was at our disposal. Sashi was also a kind and very helpful host. Was flexible with check-in and check-out times. She also left us water, teas, coffees, toast and a delicious wine as a gift. I would definitely stay in Sashi's apartment again and recommend it to people who want to be in a unique, pleasant place with an incredible view. It's worth it! I hope to return soon. Apartment with incredible view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. It's a pity that when we were there, there was a crane almost in front of us, disrupting the view a little. The place is large and comfortable. Excellent and large beds, bed and bath linens too. Great heating. Negative points: I found it impractical to enter/exit the condominium with a QR code that did not work several times. The parking lot inside the condominium is very dark and deserved lighting, especially in a cold period like the one we went through, it was difficult to maneuver the car. I would suggest leaving more trash bags in the place and I found the staircase and some parts of the house with a lot of dust (it may even be from other works nearby). In addition, very good taste and comfort. I highly recommend

Catalina's apartment is the perfect place to explore downtown Bariloche, walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The building is new and very secure, very close to the lake. The apartment is very clean and modern, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of windows. It was very comfortable and warm even during cold rainy days. We would definitely come back.

The apartment was spotless - well appointed, extremely comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us - 15 minutes walking to the center of the action and 3 minutes from the best empanadas anywhere at Oveja Negra. Don’t be embarrassed to take an Uber back up the hill from town - that last hill is a doozy! Communication with Monica was great and she provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend!

The apartment is a new building, very nice and practical to get to know the area because of its location, I loved the sheets! The heating system is excellent! The bathroom is very nice!

The apartment is impeccable and Paola is a treasure who makes the stay even more pleasant. Excellent location, with a spectacular view of the lake, a grocery store next to the building, a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants a few blocks away. We come from downtown on foot, about 7 blocks. Everything is new, from the mattress we just got to the pots and oven. The linens and towels are top quality. We found everything more than clean and tidy. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay in Bariloche was very good, the apartment is excellent, it has everything you need, the location is ideal both to leave the car, or take the bus practically at the door. a few blocks from the center, with quick access to all places and with all the services in the neighborhood. Heated, pleasant and comfortable, the apartment is ideal!! We will be back!

My fiancée and I spent a week in the apartment and had a GREAT stay, the place is very fragrant and tidy, perfect for a couple who wants to walk around Bariloche, it is also well located, we were able to do everything on foot, communication with Veronica was a great point too, she always responded very quickly and was very willing to help, we loved the space and if we return to Bariloche we would definitely stay again, I highly recommend it 11/10

We found the apartment very nice and in a great location. Celina's treatment was very good at all times. The only thing we would improve is the kitchen equipment (it does not have adequate utensils for stays of more than two nights), it does not have an armchair and the cold water of the shower does not work very well.

Just a short 10 minute walk to the center, Martin’s apartment is both beautifully decorated but also every imaginable detail from the kitchen to the bathroom, living room and bedding is first class and super comfortable. Very highly recommended— thanks Martín!

We went to Bariloche to celebrate a birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Nidia's accommodation is dreamy: a 180° elevated view of Playa Bonita and the most beautiful hills of Bariloche, which leaves you speechless. The place has a special warmth that makes you feel at home from the first moment. Nidia is an excellent host, always attentive, with super useful recommendations and was flexible with check-in and check-out times, something we value very much. You can see the love that goes into every detail. We leave with a full heart, a lot of beautiful memories and we are already thinking about coming back. Thank you for everything, Nidia!

Highly recommended. * The apartment was impeccable and super clean. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the 3 windows is impressive. * In addition to the fact that the area is very quiet, lowering the black out darkens the entire apartment and you can sleep ten. * The bathroom and kitchen are super functional and have everything you need, and more. * Location is excellent. It is one step away from everything (restaurants, chocolate shops, lake, bus stops, tourist agencies). * Caroina was super attentive to our arrival, she came to give us the key as soon as we arrived in Bariloche. We loved it, we would definitely come back and recommend it.

Hernan and Julia are one of the best hosts we've ever had - they are always there to help with anything we needed. They are so friendly and warm that you feel yourself at home here. The neighborhood is quite and safe, full of birds flying around and mountain views in your windows. That place made us feel happy. We will miss it a lot.

It is a very beautiful house-style apartment, with all the amenities, just like and even prettier than the photos, an incredible view of the nahuel huapi!!! The apartment is very comfortable, the view it has is incredible. We stayed 4 people, the bed in the room is huge, 3 people came in very well, and then there is a sofa bed. We were greeted Caro, who always communicated with me! It's definitely a place to go back. Thank you for your attention!!!

A wonder! A super-equipped apartment from dishes to appliances that solve your day to day. Everything is very well taken care of, like new! Florencia and María Inés are in all the details, which makes you really want to come back. I had to work and the internet service was impeccable. Sunsets and sunsets are fairy tales If you don't rent a car, it's very practical to walk to the center and enjoy the views. We are already planning to come back! Thanks for everything ♥️

The apartment is very nice, it is clean, tidy and complete. The dogs are loving, we share the entrance and the yard where they are and there was no problem at any time to enter and leave. We had total independence in the use of the keys, that freedom is highly valued. The location is quiet, it is approximately 9 blocks from the civic center, the road there has steep ups and downs, we went with a baby with a stroller and we were able to overcome them but it involved a lot of exercise haha Delivery apps like PedidosYa, they arrive without problems, at night we could take advantage of that plan or use Uber for everything. I think the jacuzzi is a bit old, the heating was fine

I had a great experience at this location! The apartment has a great view of Playa Bonita and the Nahuel Huapi Lake, and the location allows one to enjoy much of what Bariloche has to offer—from great local restaurants to gorgeous hikes and nature walks. Wanda and Carla were both extremely friendly and responsive; Carla made the check-in process seamless, made me feel at home right away, and was quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment was also clean and was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would certainly recommend staying here! Thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Unfortunately, we took several days half ugly, but the view of the apartment still did not disappoint. We were working for much of the stay, we did not have any difficulty with the internet and the table in the room served us well in relation to the comfort. The apto was clean and Florencia answered us super fast when we had questions. They also provided us with a set of towels and extra bedding, which was greatly appreciated. Vale notes that from downtown to apartment there is a good climb, despite being close. It didn't bother us and it's kind of hard to escape from the climbs in Bariloche, but someone with limited mobility may have difficulty walking this distance.
