We are located 5 minutes from downtown Bariloche, in front of Melipal Beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, 50 meters from a supermarket, service station, kiosk, and 3 restaurants. An unbeatable location if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to all the tourist attractions. Bustillo is the main tourist avenue, where the renowned Circuito Chico begins. The apartment is modern, functional, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and is very quiet.

Just 20 minutes from downtown with very good access to Route 40 and the Ring Road. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. The ideal place to rest and relax after a busy day in the mountains. It has very good Wi-Fi and unbeatable radiator heating. It is located in a 3-bedroom complex in the same building.
