Hermosa casa sobre costa de lago e increíble vista a las montañas y Lago Gutiérrez. Linda y cómoda, sin lujos, cuenta con un living comedor, cocina 100% equipada, 3 dormitorios, un estudio, dos baños completos, un toilette, lavadero, parrilla interior y estacionamiento. En verano, disfrutás del lago, kayak y caminatas. Dos habitaciones cuentan con sommier dos plazas, y la tercera con dos camas simples. En invierno, excelente ubicación para quienes quieran disfrutar del ski en Cerro Catedral.
