La casa si trova in una piazza vicina al centro storico, al terzo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo del '600, una volta teatro. Ci sono due terrazze: una a livello da 40mq con annessa lavanderia + un’altra di 120 mq con vista mare. In tutta la casa c'è un parquet in legno. Ci sono 2 condizionatori, 2 smart-tv, due bagni ed un bagno turco con cromoterapia. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è accogliente, molto luminosa e lontana da rumori.
