Our stay in Barnegat Bay Cottage was Amazing! It was clean and comfortable, and close to the beach !! It is also conveniently located near bars and restaurants and about halfway between the bay and the Ocean. Dean is absolutely a “Super Host”. He is always available to fix things or answer questions. He is the best. I’d recommend a stay at one of Dean’s properties to anyone who enjoys the beach! Christine Crossley

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It was the perfect setting for our small gathering, comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully decorated. The check-in process and the entire experience was seamless. One small suggestion for future guests: it would have been helpful to have a few extra trash bags available. Other than that, everything was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

this was a great stay my daughter and her friends were able to go walk to thr beach and so their own thing while we spent our adult time together. it was wonderful.

I recently stayed at Michael and Paul's Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience. Having visited Seaside Heights for 28 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Despite some previous negative reviews, I found them to be exceptional hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Their property manager, Carl, was also outstanding ⁹he provided helpful information and even notified us when beach flags were up to indicate no swimming. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Michael’s place was amazing from start to finish! Only a couple blocks to the beach, which was a huge win for my children. Tons of local restaurants. The space was exactly as listed! Great and cozy space and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

Lisa was great. Her beach cottage was exactly as she described. It is cozy and in a great location. The wifi was very fast (350 download/20 up)! I was able to sign into my Hulu account on the two TVs. The kitchen is too small to do anything beyond basic cooking, but who goes to the beach to cook when there are so many restaurants around?

Great place for a family on a quiet street at the edge of Ocean Grove. Close enough to the beach for a little kid to scooter comfortably. We appreciated that it was relatively baby proofed.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriel’s home! It was in a fantastic location - just a few minute walk from the beach and boardwalk. It felt very vibrant but also peaceful. The house was cool and clean, very comfortable for our group. We especially loved the large grass patio. We would definitely come back next time we journey to Point Pleasant!

Rental was exactly as mentioned in the description, it is comfortable and functional, and only a short walk from the beach. Bert and Galina are very down to earth and welcoming, great hosts that will make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a great time and will definitely come back

This is our second time staying here; the property is fantastic and John is super responsive and helpful. Sitting outside, in the fenced in backyard next to the bay is wonderfully relaxing. The home is well stocked with amenities and we will most certainly be back. Highly recommend.

My group of friends and I stayed here to celebrate our 27th birthday. It was extremely clean, and had more than enough space and bedrooms for us. Everything was stocked nicely and even supplied us with beach badges. Super close walk to the beach and boardwalk and local deli. The 3 decks were awesome. I would highly recommend staying here. The host was helpful and communicative. If you want a luxury feel air bnb down the shore this is the place to stay!

First off, Joel was the perfect host. Responsive, helpful, and kind. I can say without a doubt, this was the best decorated airbnb with such attention to quality details that I have ever stayed at. From the artwork to the luxury fridge, to the bedroom staging and blissful showers, my entire group was fawning over every floor. Families who chose to stay at local hotels were down-right jealous of our set-up and are already talking about a return. I would highly recommend staying here and going to any property Joel and his associates represent. My only advise is taking a look in the garage. We didn't until we put the garbage out and noticed two beautiful bikes and beach accessories that we could have used on this rainy weekend at beach soccer.

Second time staying here. Once last year with my wife and two year old and now, this year, with my wife and three year old. Location is perfect to be able to walk to beach and some restaurants. And the place is very kid friendly.

Ricardo and Isabel we very clear in their communication and very responsive. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away and it’s in a central location close to the main area of the pier and restaurants. It was a great family stay!

Super clean, nice layout and well maintained. Walkable to beach and food in the area. Sofa bed not very comfortable for an adult but it worked.

The Condo was great, clean and comfortable. IT was also locally set to be right in the middle of Seaside, Toms River, Lavellette and all the action while being quiet and relaxing. Angie was great to work with. I would definitely suggest booking this location.

Extremely nice play! The host was very accommodating and nice. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and even extended our time there. The boardwalk is quick walk away and I enjoyed morning runs in the area. I would definitely recommend the stay

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.
