Queen bed was comfortable! Shower was nice. Quiet location. Carl communicated well.

Teagan’s place was exactly as described. Had a girls trip memorial day weekend and the spot didn’t disappoint. There were enough beds to accomodate us, it was spacious and very clean. We could see the beach path through the sliders and we were able to walk right down to the beach. Unfortunately there was a huge storm during half our trip but the cottage was such a cute spot to just chill and relax while waiting out the storm.

Mazie was great host and her place was perfect for our family. Walkable to beach. The kids could ride their bikes on the dead end road and they had a little candy and Icecream store they liked to bike to not far. The inside was great. We had four kids and our two youngest loved the little loft area as their room. The backyard was great for relaxing grilling and the outdoor shower was perfect to have for back and forth trips to the beach all day. Mazie was a great host and we are grateful for our stay at her beautiful home.

A wonderful place to relax, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy the nearby beaches and amenities.

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

This is our second time staying at Kendra’s cozy home. So clean and cozy felt right at home. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a place with more linens available if needed. Also enjoyed the quiet fenced in yard. We love our walks around the neighborhood and down to the beach with our pup. We will definitely be back!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

It was our second time staying at Amanda’s beautiful cottage and we hope not the last! The space is adorable and very spacious for a couple or a couple plus a guest (which was the case on this visit). The garden is a wonderful oasis to hang out and have meals and we appreciated Amanda being flexible to allow us to bring a solo stove. The area is so rich with wildlife and Mashpee Neck and the causeway beach are the best. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back.

This was our second stay and though it rained and was very windy , we enjoyed our neighbor walks during the brief periods of sunshine. The cottage was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Both of our stays were planned so we could visit with family that lived just two streets away. Proximity to the beach and great restaurants made our stay very relaxing. We will definitely plan another stay.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay! The setting was incredibly serene, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. All of the amenities, especially the boats and kayaks, were very accessible, and we used them throughout our stay — it really made the experience special. We also loved spending cozy nights around the campfire, which added such a warm and memorable touch. There was so much for the kids to do, and they had a fantastic time as well! The host was so kind and welcoming, and communication was very easy from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it made for a truly wonderful getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, fun, and family-friendly escape!

Sue's place was perfect for our mother-daughter weekend. Sue provided a comprehensive list of restaurants in the area, but we prepared all of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-appointed, very much appreciated. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach. Though it was off-season and overcast, inside it was perfectly cozy. The fireplace was great to return to. Sue was quick to return texts, and very welcoming. The snack basket was well received! Would highly recommend.

This house was lovely. My family and our young dog enjoyed our stay very much. The outdoor area was often the point of gathering and we loved sitting out the and looking at the koi pond. The king bed bedrooms were very large and spacious. Close enough to places to drive downtown to Hyannis, the beach, or restaurants. Or even be able to get most things delivered. Overall a great place to stay with your family. Thanks for a great stay!!

We highly recommend anyone coming in out of town to stay at this cottage. It’s super cozy, private, and welcoming! It’s right by the water and it’s very quiet which we loved. In addition, there are also some great under-the-radar coffee shops close by. If we come back to MA, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We loved this cozy cottage! The private beach was amazing and I was happy to watch the sunrise every morning. The outside porch was great to sit and read and relax without getting all sandy. Everything was smooth, Lauren was fast to respond and the cottage was the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. Highly recommend!!

Our family had a wonderful time in Barnstable! Lynn and Ken were extremely responsive and did a great job at communicating when needed. The house was perfect for our family of three. Everything was clean and appeared exactly as the photos presented. We loved spending time on the screened in porch and the outdoor shower was a plus. Being less than 5 minutes from Craigville Beach was ideal along with the use of the beach pass. We would recommend this listing to anyone without hesitation and hope to book again for a future stay!

To say that Wharf Cottage is idyllic is an understatement. This cottage is a dream. Wharf cottage is not your average Airbnb. This is a thoughtfully curated & designed home that provides a bespoke experience, unlike anything else. We have stayed at more than 40 different Airbnb’s & other rental properties and Carol’s place is the only one that actually brought tears to my eyes. We came to Cape Cod from California for a week for the hydrangea festival. We chose Wharf cottage because it was surrounded by hydrangeas & I loved the decor. When we pulled up to the home, the hydrangeas were in full bloom, & it was breathtaking. The whole property is lovely. The inside of the home is absolutely charming and very well done. The neighborhood was very quiet & peaceful. Carol had lots of great recommendations for places to eat & we ate at most of what she recommended. Despite her well appointed kitchen we didn’t cook one meal. Take route 6A whenever you can. Trust me. Until next time!

My wife and I just finished a great 3 night stay at Salt Pond Cottage. The small cottage was clean, comfortable and as the photos described. Although the lay out is small, similar to what photos showed, there’s efficient use of space and simple artistic feel inside. The cottage is an excellent location for walking the salt pond trail, biking on the rail trail, 10 minute drive to beaches on National Seashore or sunsets in the bay. The cottage is also a 10/15 minute drive to several sweet New England towns with cafes, bookstores, good restaurants and local art. Ali was a responsive, generous communicator. The only detail worth noting is that, as clearly noted in the description, the cottage is on Rt.6, so there is steady traffic sound. We weren’t surprised by it but worth noting its presence when booking. Excellent place to stay!

Carol’s place was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much! It is close to shopping and everything you might need along with good restaurants and views!

Sandy’s cottage is one of our family’s favorite places. It’s a peaceful location with a great backyard, big enough for setting up a badminton net and a hammock. Walking distance to town amenities and biking distance to beaches if you don’t want to drive. Cotuit is beautiful to bike around with not too much car traffic. Everything you need for an extended stay is there, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We’ve stayed at Sandy’s twice, and we can’t wait to go back.
