Joshua's place was the PERFECT place for our dad's 70th birthday! The 9 kids had an amazing time between the pool and game barn there was constant entertainment for all ages! If you have a big family/group this is the spot!

This house and property were charming and beautiful. The location was extremely close to beaches, restaurants, and stores all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in multiple houses / penthouses throughout the U.S. , however, this home surpassed them all. Jennifer was amazing from the beginning of the booking with answering my questions and went above and beyond to make this special occasion memorable. The house is well equipped! The sounds of birds chirping in the morning , the breeze, and the view of the pond when drinking coffee was so serene. The space in the house was more than I expected with everyone having lots of space to enjoy all the designated areas for playing board games, Video game room( so cool) , reading , watching tv - there was a room for everyone’s enjoyment from our 12 year old, 17, 25, to my 78 year old parents. The well thought out toiletries in every bathroom, spa slippers and robes in each bedroom, ear plugs located by the bedside, laundry room that has labeled racks of beach items and games , kitchen with all its wonderful amenities- I can do on and on. We WILL be back !

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

I grew up going to Cape Cod my whole childhood. Absolutely loved staying at this cottage and in this area of West Hyannis. Would recommend to anyone looking to go to the Cape.

The house is nice, large, we had a rest with the whole family, 9 people, plenty of space, there is everything you need in the kitchen. Good quiet location!!!

Jennifer’s house was great for a long weekend on cape cod! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, perfect for a good walk! A few things to note- the house has blue trim on the outside unlike in the photos. Second, you must bring your own sheets/towels or wash/dry Jennifer’s before check out. Neither of these are a big deal. Everything was very clean overall 10/10 beach house!!

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

Fantastic delightful stay in our own special little Secret Garden oasis complete with a solarium. The added washer and dryer were a wonderful and convenient perk. Abigail and Aaron were so friendly and helpful. And our little dog absolutely adored having his own private space to run in. It was magnificent to see him so happy because we live in the city and he hasn’t had the freedom to run in a very long time. We hope to be back again very soon.

Mary’s place is clean and spacious . Great for a get away weekend with a group of friends or family vacation. They have a family room on the 1st floor which is great for activities . They also have plenty chairs , tables , and couches in the common area . Neighborhood is very safe and quiet . Will stay again when we come to visit .

We loved our stay here! Spent the weekend with our two young children and the house had everything we could need and more. It was walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants. Victoria also provided a list of local recommendations which we took a few of and loved them all! Would recommend staying here.

The house and hosts were amazing - The perfect acommodation in the perfect location for a three generation family vacation. We had ample room to play some of the many games at the house during the stormy days while we were there. The youngest member of the family was thrilled with all the beach toys and books that were available. This house is extremely well equipped for children and we did not miss anything. We loved the easy access to the beach, even on rainy days, and walked to downtown Barnstable often. Yael was super responsive to our questions. One of the best places we've ever stayed at, thank you Yael for making this stay so easy and your house so comfortable.

My Family and I stayed at Ivy’s cozy Cape Cod home for 2 months. Ivy’s house is very comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and Ivy is an excellent host! We would love to come back and stay again during the summer! Thanks Ivy!

Exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful stay at Priscilla’s place in Barnstable over Memorial Day weekend. We spent three nights there, and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, the space was newly renovated, and the backyard was huge; perfect for our dog, Oxford, who loved every moment of yard playtime. We had the pleasure of meeting Priscilla, who was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Oxford enjoyed her company too—it was clear he liked her! We’ll definitely stay again.

Erica’s place was exactly what we needed and she was a spectacular host. I definitely recommend. If you’re a family with kids, this is especially perfect as it’s a short walk to the beach and Erica has everything you could possibly need (sand toys included!). Highly recommend

The place was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. it was cute and cozy. It shares a driveway with another property and the dual mailbox can make it harder to find when looking for the house number. The instructions are accurate, it is just in a woodsy area and easily missed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and quite comfortable. The weather did not cooperate so we might have taken more advantage of the amenities. Thank you for a nice long weekend in Cape Cod!

This is the place to visit! Lovely home, incredibly clean, the hot tub was one of the best parts! Easy to drive to most places in the cape from this address but is secluded enough that it’s relaxing and private at night. Paige and her team were so clear and communicated so well - never had a better experience with a host!

This residence provided a perfect setting for our four generation family reunion. Especially great was the large fenced in back yard with plenty of things for the little children. Any issue or concern was addressed by Pei immediately by text. Driving or flying in from several states created time issues and Pei was good to allow us to access the house prior to our 4pm entry. Amazing home. Fantastic location. Peaceful and relaxing. One of our favorite vacation stays ever. Never turned the tv on… unusual for me. Hosts really thought of everything and more. Highly recommend if you are visiting Cape COD. 5+ stars.

AMAZING!! We loved this house. 2 families with 5 little kids and we had more than enough space. The kids room with the double bunk and trundle was perfect to accommodate our littles from ages 3-10. Bedrooms upstairs are spacious and extremely comfortable. Outdoor shower was a great added perk! The area is exactly what we needed….surrounding beaches, breweries, and closeness to Hyannis was perfect. We were never in the car for more than 20 minutes which is great (given traffic on the cape). Host was a wonderful host and gave us perfect recommendations for what we needed! Can’t recommend this house enough!
