Bright and beachy. Quiet spot with lots of parking. Private entrance. Newly renovated. We're excited to offer this space to beachgoers from around the world. Under a mile from the beach, our street leads you to the very beginning of the boardwalk. Two beach cruisers and a beach trailer for hitting the beach, restaurants and bars. Just a couple of short blocks from the new Bungalow East, East End Pizza, cute little shops and a supermarket.

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I stayed at Jeff’s place for almost a week and I had a wonderful time. The place is conveniently located, close to the LIRR train, the beach, stores and restaurants. Jeff was friendly, kind and super responsive. I felt very welcome. I would recommend staying in Jeff’s place and I plan to visit again in the future.

Holly’s place was everything. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. The beds? Super comfy. The kitchen and linen closets? Fully stocked with quality stuff none of that “bare minimum” energy. Every corner of the house was designed for comfort, and there was plenty of space to breathe and relax. The neighborhood? Quiet, upscale, and peaceful. And let me tell you the park right across the street was a win especially when the ice cream truck arrived, it had everything we needed to stay entertained, and Holly even had a closet full of park goodies plus board games for the fam. We truly didn’t have a single complaint. Just happy surprises the whole time. And Holly? She was so responsive and warm from booking to check-out. You could tell she genuinely wanted us to feel at home. We’re already planning to stay again. If you’re thinking about booking, just go ahead and do it. You’ll be glad you did.
