Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Once the original farm house for a farm, The Cottage has lots of original charms including old beams and a bread oven. Linton Lodge is an annexe set back behind locked gates making it secure for children and pets. Breakfast comes as part of the package: items are left for you to cook/prepare at your leisure. This also includes; cereals, bread, preserves, and a selection of hot drinks. The private courtyard garden has table and chairs if you wish to eat outside. There are books, games, SKY tv., Netflix and Disney+. We are a short walk from amenities, the market place and Waitrose.

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.
