We have one bedroom with a queen bed, sidetable, a dresser, desk and chair and a closet. A mini fridge is also in the room for your convenience, stocked with water to keep you hydrated and a keurig is also in the room with a small coffee/tea station. Guests are welcome to use our laundry room, patio area, shared bathroom, and kitchen. There is a TV. Extra blankets are in the trunk at the end of the bed if needed. There is an ironing board/iron available. . Please feel free to ask any questions.

Comfortable, Cozy Full Basement Unit Near Denver!

Stay with me and you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place just off highway 76 and 20 minutes from DIA! Grocery shopping and Starbucks within walking distance! Barr Lake State Park 4 miles from property, downtown Denver 30 minutes., Boulder and foothills 45 minutes. Great location in beautiful covenant controlled neighborhood with tennis and pickle ball courts just a couple of blocks away. If you are in need of ANYTHING during your stay, please let me know!

Extremely clean and very spacious! Comfortable bed with what feels like memory foam mattress. Shared rooms are spaced apart which is nice. Spacious kitchen with microwave/stove and a small fridge to store your fruit or drink. Park right next door to go for a walk. Recommend & would return 100%.

Angie is a very welcoming person and makes you feel right at home. Extremely respectful of your privacy, but very generous as she allows the use of her washer dryer kitchen ect during your extended stay. The room is perfect and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet and safe, with a cute little back porch that has a view of the Prarie. This is probably the best value you'll get for an extended stay on the area. What an experience. You are in a master bedroom with your own master bathroom tucked in the back next to a washer and dryer. Room inspired the traveler in you with a gorgeous life size map on the wall. The bed is beyond comfy. The room was cold but that’s more on me for not communicating and asking for heat, I’m sure if I did I would have been accommodated. As Al and son are very helpful, flexible and respects boundaries. WORTH THE MONEY!!! Especially if needing a place close by Denver International Airport right after landing! Appreciative!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But what truly made the experience special was the host. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. From great local tips to quick responses and thoughtful touches, you could tell they genuinely cared. It felt more like visiting a friend’s place than a rental. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a warm, easy, and memorable stay. Thank you for everything!
