Un lugar 100% recomendado, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una linda estadía, clima agradable, buena ubicación... las fotografías no le hacen honor a lo bonita y acogedora que es la vivienda. Hermoso lugar rodeado de manantiales de agüita termal, el lugar es bastante rústico muy lindo para salir de la rutina, si buscas desconectarte en familia es el lugar perfecto: las personas que atienden el lugar son súper amables y atentos, si no tienen ganas de cocinar, también te recomiendo la sopa de gallina deliciosa, sin duda volvería, puntos a tomar en consideración: sólo una habitación tiene Aire Acondicionado, aunque en la noche refresca bastante, la calle para llegar al lugar en esta época lluviosa se pone un poco lodoso

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en el rancho. El lugar es muy amplio, limpio y perfecto para compartir con familia o amigos. Algo que valoramos mucho es que el acceso está completamente pavimentado, lo cual facilita muchísimo la llegada en carro sedán. La atención fue de primera; David siempre estuvo al pendiente, y Mario, quien cuida el rancho, fue muy amable y servicial durante toda nuestra estadía. Definitivamente lo recomendamos si estás buscando un lugar tranquilo y bonito para relajarte y disfrutar con los tuyos. ¡Gracias por todo!

It's the second time me and my family spent in the beach house Sol y Mar, and everytime Douglas and his staff makes us feel unique and special. the house and the hospitality plus the communication is totally worth anything. we've tried other beach guest houses before but nothing compares to Sol y Mar. You have to try it!!!

Amazing Airbnb! We were worried because there were not a lot of reviews from other guests about the property, but it was amazing! The view was beautiful! Pool was clean, all the bedrooms were very clean along with the bathrooms. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to help. We will definitely be staying again!

Amazing location and place to stay, the views are immaculate and the hammocks made it all the more relaxing!! The place was quite clean despite the years long wear and tear on the facilities. Check in worked, but would have been a bit difficult if you do not speak Spanish as there was a security gate with a guard asking where you are trying to go. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! The people maintaining the place were very friendly and kind :)

We selected this home based on previous reviews and photos, and were so happy that we chose it! Roberto, Eneida and Monica were so gracious and hospitable. We appreciated the connections that Roberto helped us with , to have our day on the lake with jet skis for a couple of hours from a local rental...use of the kayaks on site....and the boat was available for rental if we wanted to use it. We were able to order some delicious papusas one evening, thanks to Roberto's help and willingness to row across the lake to get our order!! We loved having plenty of towels available, for pool and bathing, without having to bring them along in our suitcases!! The Host has responded to previous reviews and has a new refrigerator added to a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen! We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the amenities available! Our family enjoyed a couple of peaceful days together here, and we hope to be back for another enjoyable stay~ Thanks for sharing this beautiful space!

Quiero agradecer a Juan y su equipo por recibirnos y tener todo listo en tiempo récord. Fueron muy amables y la pasamos muy bien. El lugar es como en las fotos y nos sentimos muy cómodos.

El lugar fue perfecto para desconectarse. Todo limpio, rodeado de naturaleza y con un clima fresco que se disfruta al máximo. Luis fue muy atento durante toda la estadía. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

Fue una hermosa estadía. La casa es muy limpia con excelente WiFi y agua caliente. La terraza es grande para compartir en familia y amigos. Todo es muy agradable y conveniente. Recomendada!

Ramiro has a beautiful place, peaceful and in a great location. Ramiro is a wonderful host very helpful and responsive to accomodate all request within minutes. We will return and will recomend it to everyone. This is a hidden treasure.

La casa es un verdadero encanto, estructurada en diferentes niveles que miran al mar, cada espacio tiene su toque especial. Todo está pensado para relajarse y disfrutar. La playa Shalpa es simplemente espectacular. Es pequeña, tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza y aves, lo que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en un paraíso personal. Ideal para quienes buscan desconectarse y disfrutar de un entorno natural. Mi familia se la pasó increíble, todos quedamos encantados con el lugar. Sin duda, es un alojamiento altamente recomendado. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Es una casa encantadora con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad, lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. Muy cerca de Apaneca y sin duda regresaremos en otra oportunidad.

Not an easy road to get to . It’s about 20 min dirt road. House and property keepers made our experience and were very attentive . Be prepared to kayak or rent a boat or jet ski since lake is deep and it’s a straight shot to dock not a swimming area . Pool is small as specified but good enough

Beautiful house, has everything you need. Easy walk or short drive to the beach. The beach is awesome. Located in private community very safe and well maintained grounds. Highly recommended

1st location was perfect 2nd the house is beautiful inside and out 3rd and most import the housekeeper Theo was the best housekeeper I have ever dealt with. He’s attentive , answered every single question . He knew how to get anything or find u something . He was so nice and u can tell he really cares for the property . The stay is beautiful but he made the experience 10/10 . Definitely will come back!

El anfitrión es sumamente flexible. El lugar es abierto, se siente la brisa del mal y sumamente cerca de la bocan, íbamos caminando prácticamente. El lugar es perfecto para estar en familia o amigos y desconectarse

Wonderful peaceful place on the lake with fabulous hostess always helpful and terrific service in the house. Rosario and Milton were truly wonderful yet discreet. Highly recommended The water in the lake as in the pool is warm It is a true delight we hope to replicate some day soon

We’ve been living in El Salvador for 2 years and this is the first place we’ve gone back to twice. It is simply a beautiful, peaceful experience. Being nestled between the beach and the estuary is incredible. The housekeeper arranged a boat ride through the crocodile preserve, as well as getting and cooking us the best fish I’ve had in a long time. Amazing place.

La casa es espectacular! Cada rincón de la casa ha sido detallado cuidadosamente para hacer de la casa un lugar acogedor y cómodo para los huéspedes. El lugar impecable. Todo limpio y arreglado. Norma y Jonatan fueron un encanto. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a hacernos sentir en casa. Claudia siempre muy amable y respondía rápido pero honestamente no tuvimos que molestarla para nada ya que todo estuvo perfecto. Jonatan nos consiguió el alquiler de los jetskis y la pasamos increíble. Es un lugar que seguramente regresaremos. Gracias Claudia por hacer nuestra Semana Santa inolvidable.
