Holiday rentals with a patio in Barra de São Miguel

The place is great. The apartment is studio type, just a room environment with plenty of closet and a countertop and bathroom. We arrived and found everything well clean and tidy, especially bathroom that is our highest requirement always, and it was very clean. The pool is great, we don't even have to worry about taking the kids somewhere else. Worth the stay! I recommend

Andressa's apartment in the Iloa Residence is impeccable, with modern décor, comfortable bedroom and well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness and attention to detail made the stay very enjoyable once again. The owner is hospitable, always attentive. The leisure area has great swimming pools. And two recreators excited the kids. I highly recommend it!

I loved the stay!! The apartment is beautiful, beautifully decorated and has very useful utensils. Perfect place for those who want to rest. We did not drive, we forgot some things and did not have in the apartment as water, but very close to the hotel there are groceries and we quickly found it. I intend to come back more often.

The condominium has a great location, although it is not close to the beach, but it is close to everything. The infrastructure is great, the apartment is like in the description. We only had a breakdown on arrival and the apartment was dirty, but Franciele was super proactive and even from afar solved the issue quickly for us. Great stay, even though it was fast, I'd be back for sure!

we stayed at the flat for 6 nights and it really was very good! The flat has everything you can imagine: kitchen equipment such as microwave, airfryer, stove, fridge, sandwich maker and outside there still has barbecue! It offers several games, two tvs, lanterns, bathrobe and even has a wonderful bathtub! We still get two wines and a champagne! We love so much. gustavo is a super attentive and helpful host! The place of the flat is the great one, it is literally steps of a beautiful beach!! Thank you very much gustavo!! Thank you very much!

Excellent place, in a condominium with several activities for children and teenagers. The house is spacious with large rooms, equipped kitchen and an impeccable leisure area ( the best of the house). Neure always very kind, polite, good dialogue and always promptly answers any questions or information.

Myself and my family had a great experience during Carnival. The house is very comfortable, impeccable cleaning, bed and bath linens that have been made available to everyone and everything of great quality. Simply incredible stay, wordless to describe! The apartment is even better than in the pictures, really nice. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️

The wonderful accommodation, my family and I loved the environment, it was the way we wanted it, in front of the beach and with a pool, the apartment was very organized, clean and very accessible, we sought tranquility and found it during our stay, Mr. Eder was super attentive, answering our questions, and polite.
