HEATED POOL — ONE OF THE ONLY ONES IN THE REGION With affection in every corner, this house honors my grandmother. The exclusive pool is heated and treated with salt (gentler on skin and hair). It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!

Full house with two bedrooms plus an en-suite, all with air-conditioning. It has an exit to two streets. The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.
