The house is as pictured, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is large, it has everything you need. There is a market, pharmacy, bakery nearby. You can walk or drive to the beach. The hostess Rita gave us a good orientation about the house and what it had, if we had to bring something, she responded quickly, her mother lives next door but at no time did this interfere with our stay. We'll be back more often for sure 🩷🩷

Everything is in good order with the rental. The house is very comfortable, a few meters from the beach, which is a big differential, all organized. The host is very nice, quiet. The point that could be adjusted would be the check-out time, after all a check-in at 2 pm and a check-out at 9:00 am is quite complicated, however, it was reported on the listing. I believe that a check-out at 11hrs or 12 hrs would be ideal, as it would have a sufficient time for cleaning and subsequent check-in of other tenants. Anyway, taking this detail from the time the rest was very fruitful.

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

A cottage on the beach!! This is the best definition for that quiet place, of a lot of nature and beautiful birds!! All very well cared for, very clean, prepared with great affection. A Rosane very friendly, quick to return. Neusa who welcomed us is a very kind person, I saw her dedication in the care of the house and utensils so that we did not lack anything, she taught us about the birds that always came close to us, and to show us the beautiful garden that cultivates. The house is very nice, has a lot of space, an area with large barbecue, pool with a view of the forest listening to the singing of birds, very good showers! Excellent refrigerators. I would give a book writing everything that my family and I lived in the days we were there! Gratitude Rosane and Mrs. Neusa!! 🙏🏻

We traveled in a group of 10 people (it was supposed to be 13), and met the expectations very well. Well-structured house with well-distributed comforts. All necessary utensils. Very safe and with a lot of privacy (yes there are the cameras, but it's for security) The location in terms of markets and pharmacies. The beach is about 650m from the house along a very quiet path.

The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The hostess, Sandra was very attentive. The house is very cozy, spacious in-house and a great yard for children to play. I definitely recommend it. We plan to return. Atte., Carla and Jean

The cabin is great, as in the photos the beach is your backyard. Next to several shops, quiet and easy to access place.

My family and I are very well hosted! The pictures correspond to what you find in the house, everything clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about taking a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apto is great and the reception as well. I stayed at the home of Luana and Lucas and it was an amazing experience! The house is very large, super airy and all the rooms have a sea view, which makes the stay even more special. The structure is complete, with all the utensils and equipment necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: the beach in front is wonderful, quiet, without turmoil. In addition, the house is close to the pharmacy and supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Without a doubt, a hosting I recommend with my eyes closed!

The house is exceptional, very attentive host. Equipped, spacious, quiet house. Everything provided was spectacular, bed and bath linens, hair dryer, etc... Excellent pool area, perfect pool water temperature. Excellent equipped barbecue. I recommend it and we intend to return!
