Sea front house.. feet in the sand

The view is indescribable – it's like a dream waking up and having breakfast with a view of the ocean. We offer great Wi-Fi, a SmartTV, an excellent barbecue area, and a large garden to enjoy. The townhouse has been recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 1 en-suite bedroom with air conditioning, 1 additional bedroom, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms have a ceiling fan and are dark for a good night's sleep!

The house is on the block of the sea in a quiet beach resort of Itapoá, Uirapuru. It is SPACIOUS and an excellent choice for leisure and rest. It has 3 bedrooms (2 SUITES) on the ground floor ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING, a kitchen integrated into the dining room and a gourmet space with a BARBECUE GRILL. The POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates a living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet.
