The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Senscional defines the stay well. Spacious bathrooms, air-conditioned rooms (3) and a kitchen equipped with everything we need. The outdoor granite table in front of the pool brought charm to meals. The pool is outstanding: large, heated and with good depth (about 1.60 m). Even the dogs took advantage! Viviane was impeccable from the first contact: attentive, quick in response and flexible when possible. The best host we've ever had, without a doubt. Nor do we miss going to the beach, as the place offered us exactly what we were looking for: tranquility, comfort and a great place to relax. Let's go back, but for sure!!!

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.

The cabin is great, as in the photos the beach is your backyard. Next to several shops, quiet and easy to access place.

My family and I are very well hosted! The pictures correspond to what you find in the house, everything clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about taking a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apto is great and the reception as well. Had a wonderful stay. We were greeted with a delicious dessert and Easter souvenir. The house accommodated 12 adults and 3 children. It had everything in the house. Itapóa is beautiful and the house is easy to access. We appreciate your stay.

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

I stayed at the home of Luana and Lucas and it was an amazing experience! The house is very large, super airy and all the rooms have a sea view, which makes the stay even more special. The structure is complete, with all the utensils and equipment necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: the beach in front is wonderful, quiet, without turmoil. In addition, the house is close to the pharmacy and supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Without a doubt, a hosting I recommend with my eyes closed!
