What an amazing space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (including guests and buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The place is easily accessible, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well cared for, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

Clean and organized environment. Check-in at the correct time, the reception at the house was very good. All guests were comfortable and satisfied. In addition to this, the support people who were in the house were fundamental, Eli and Diego were very helpful in everything! I recommend it.

From the first day I arrived, I felt safe and at home. I found a quiet and very friendly place to spend this time in Brazil and to be able to go to USP in a calm way. Verônica and Raphael were very empathetic and above all they are always willing to help with any questions or help that is needed. If you want a place like home with that family atmosphere, you have to come here!!

Very spacious and quiet farm. The house has a lot of amenities. Very cozy. The location is a little difficult, be careful that I entered a dirt road at night, if my car was not 4x4 I would get stuck, because I missed the way. There's nothing nearby, you have to take a car for everything, but it's worth it for the houses pelancasa

Denis's place is perfect! Espaçosa, with several environments that allow integration and at the same time privacy, has a wonderful outdoor area with the pool next to the ranch to enjoy with friends. Denis and Renata have welcomed us very well and were very flexible with our departure time, which was essential for our stay to be completed successfully. We saw many monkeys and jacutingas feeding on the surrounding trees, which has a beautiful nature and in addition, it is very safe, quiet and with silence for those who seek rest and tranquility. The apartment is delightful, with a delightful balcony that adds a touch of charm (I love the sun and light). Impeccable cleanliness, everything as advertised and Karol is a dear and super attentive person. Building with everything I needed: garage and gym. And a great restaurant on the corner (flavor and value) that serves all meals. I will return more often for sure.

I stayed in Isabela's apartment and the experience was great. Super well located, two blocks from the subway, which facilitates mobility, and well lit with natural light, ideal for those who like clear environments. Isabela is an excellent host, always available and quick to respond, which makes the stay more enjoyable. The staff of the building is friendly, and the caretaker, Luís, is always ready to help. The apartment is well equipped for long stays, with access to supermarkets and other conveniences. I mentioned to Isabela the lack of a few basic cleaning items, such as vacuum cleaners, and she undertook to arrange it soon. Even in a central region like Rebouças, the flat is quiet and quiet, ensuring comfort. On the last day, I had to do a late checkout due to work, and Isabela, with great generosity, told me not to worry and to stay as long as necessary. This attention made a difference. I recommend and would host again!

Our stay was great. The apartment is very cozy, very clean and organized. We were late in arriving, but José Roberto, very friendly, was ready to welcome and guide us. Very comfortable beds. We liked it a lot.

I only have good things to say about the property and the host! The apartment is very spacious and has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. It is possible to work from the location easily, as the desk is comfortable and the internet is very good. The neighborhood is wooded and quiet and the host was very helpful in welcoming us, giving us tips about the neighborhood and offering all the help we needed. I'll definitely come back more often. There is only one point of attention for those who have difficulty moving around: this particular apartment has a very steep wooden staircase to go up to the bedroom/bathroom/terrace, but in the house there are other accommodations without this feature.

I really enjoyed staying at Monique's place. I would definitely recommend it. Apartment better than on the photos. All well cared for. And Monique is extremely kind, polite and proactive. Extremely fast and easy communication.

The house is amazing, maybe even better than the photos. Very wide, beautiful, with various leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately we were unable to use the ofurô for setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-beneficio and very close to SP!

We held a family meeting on the long holiday of Easter and Tiradentes, and it was a divine experience. The house is very spacious but at the same time cozy, everyone in our group praised a lot. All rooms and bathrooms are well taken care of, and the outdoor areas of the pool, mini-golf, and playground and lake are great. The terrain really is very large, you can be losing in there. And always a calm and quiet. The service was also great, Denilde answering all the questions and always available, the caretaker Juari very attentive, even took the children of our group to fish in the lake. These were wonderful days and we certainly want to repeat. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much for everything!

I had a great stay on the site of Vitor and Roberta with my family. The wonderful eh house, very large, with the very large dormitorios. The house has all the household utensils. We are very pleased with everything and look forward to coming back once more.
