My lodging in this apto summarizes in a memorable experience!! The photos released correspond to 100% of the reality. All clean, organized, privileged location, lots of trees, feeling of peace. Near bakeries, supermarkets , shopping malls, restaurants and others, you can walk, without the need for a car, for these specific trips. The security of the place makes a difference and was one of the reasons that made me choose to stay on site for 1 year and 3 months. Aloysio's special thanks, very respectful, helpful and always very helpful. Everything I needed was provided with agility. Special highlight for the professionals who work on the spot, especially the receptionist Andréia and the maid Selma. Excellent cost-benefit investment. I'll be back soon!! Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

Massimo was very attentive, sending videos demonstrating the proper use of equipment among other items. He demonstrated a lot of speed in his responses and gave tips that were close to the mark.

One of the main positive points was the ease of check-in. A link was sent to register the facial before and it was not necessary to go through the entrance at any time. You have complete freedom to enter and leave at any time. The apartment is very well located and beautiful, exactly as in the photos. Very good shower. Large, comfortable bed with quality linens. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I will definitely be back.
