Beach house holiday rentals in Victoria

This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

We had the most magical stay at this beautiful antique-style villa near Apollo Bay. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and within easy reach of the main area for food and essentials. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the charm. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, the décor was a stunning blend of antique elegance and modern comfort. The kitchen was well-stocked with high-quality ingredients, and the tea and coffee selection was simply amazing. One of the highlights was the relaxing bath with lavender salts, such a soothing experience that truly made us feel pampered. The beds were unbelievably cozy, with plush linen that made it hard to get up in the morning. This stay was not just comfortable; it was a unique experience in understated luxury. We only wished we stayed there for more than 1 night! Highly recommended and we cannot wait to come back!

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

Wonderful spacious and well equipped home. Wow !! Stayed here for a week with Walking Gals, and enjoyed many local walks along the GSWW and surrounds. An oasis to return to at the end of each day, loved the wood fire and sunset views. Thank you ☺️

We had a great stay at the property, with Marta super responsive from the moment I booked the property to after check-out. The property was immaculate, with so many great hints and tips placed around the house to make sure we knew exactly what everything did, etc. The local restaurant suggestions were top notch too!

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely stay at Lorraine’s for a ladies weekend away. The house is enormous with 3 huge living areas. The beds were comfortable. My sister had to bring her baby and Lorraine arranged for a highchair to be dropped off. The bbq was a bit worn out but the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, fantastic house for large groups.

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Jason’s house! The place is beautifully set up with every facility you can think of — and even the ones you didn’t think you needed! Both adults and kids had a great time, with something for everyone. The 5 ensuite bedrooms made our group gathering super convenient and comfortable. Jason was also incredibly responsive — always quick to reply and easy to reach for any questions. We’re already looking forward to coming back next time!

Lauren’s airbnb was fantastic. We felt comfortable and the interior was beautifully put together, with so many extra things such as a kitchen aid blender, warm blankets and beautiful wooden chopping boards. We felt very at home and made a fire every evening we were there which we enjoyed chopping the wood for! Couldn’t be happier, it was a great stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend at the house with our 3 year old and 6 year old and my elderly parents. Who needs a tv when there was lots to explore close by. The house was so cosy and we had everything we needed. Anna was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A great family stay in a beautiful home and location.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was a very pleasant stay. We found the place beautiful and cozy, and the view was beautiful. It was definitely worth staying at. For travelers, this place was well-stocked, anticipating many needs. It's also a good option if you're traveling with children, as it has toys and books. A plus was the Smart TV with access to various streaming services. Unlike many other Airbnbs where you have to log in with your own accounts, some of the apps here were already logged in, which was very convenient. The house itself has a charming personality. Just a heads up for your arrival: Google Maps won't lead you directly to the house. You'll need to rely on the specific instructions provided within the Airbnb app to navigate and find the exact location. Also, the keyhole could use some WD40.

Poets Corner was absolutely amazing. Howard had popped the heater on, some lights were on so everything felt so cosy and relaxing. Even the open fire was stacked and ready go which we enjoyed on both nights. The property was beautiful and immaculately presented. The garden was stunning and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting Howard during our stay and finding out about how the property came to be. Amazing work! We were able to bring our little dog Bonnie who thoroughly enjoyed the stay and surroundings as well. We would definitely come back if we ever head down to Phillip island. Thanks for a lovey stay.

Amazing property, spacious, clean, cosy even though very big. Felt very comfortable in this house, generous provisions by host, fabulous home close to everything Torquay had to offer. Highly recommend.

A really lovely home in a beautiful location. Kainen was fantastic as a host - super helpful and really responsive. The house was comfortable, a great size, really private and walking distance to the Cape Tavern and the Zeal and Flow cafe (which had incredible pastries and coffee). I'd absolutely recommend this property for a gorgeous getaway.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.
