Beautiful thatched cottage annexe on edge of farmland, with 3 double bedrooms (one adjoining), 2 ensuite bathrooms, beamed living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. King sized beds. Unrestricted access to beautiful large fenced and hedged garden set in 3 acres. Secluded outside dining area under a gazebo. 4 ring gas bbq and fire pit. Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Continental breakfast first day. Dogs welcome but not to be left unattended in property.

Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

In the pretty hamlet of Freefolk you will find a charming secluded Shepherds hut set in 12 acres, and includes a hot tub & pizza oven, WiFi, gas hob, king size bed, sofa, dining table, toilet, shower, fridge freezer, stove, solar electricity and fire pit - it has everything you need.
