Our accommodation, separate from our house is converted in to a stylish yet functional overnight for professionals or a base for a weekend get away. Our views extend over sprawling grassland and our own garden plus in the summer the village cricket makes the perfect sound to help enjoy a gin and tonic. Separate private garden and plenty of parking.

A lounge area which includes a comfortable 2 seater reclining sofa while watching a Full Sky Q package (movies & sports), Netflix, Prime & Paramount. Close to Festival Place which includes restaurants bars and shops, train station and the Anvil & Haymarket theatre. Allocated driveway parking directly outside the front door.

Cosy little Annex with one bedroom and one bathroom. Perfect size for two (or 2+baby). Double bed with luxury bed linen, comfy sofa, TV and tea & coffee making facilities in the main room. We have a very small fridge for milk or a baby bottle. Black out blind available. En suite with shower, sink and toilet. The terrace is a little sun trap during the summer with seating. Little Box is separate to our home, so you can come and go as you please. Free parking available.
