Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Basseterre

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. Had a great time at this beautiful home. Views are incredible. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Loved the pool and outside bar. Communication was immediate when I had a problem with the internet. Would definitely come back again.

Coccoloba was truly "Heaven on the Hill". It sits up the hill from Oualie Beach and the Water Taxi Pier. It looks out across the Narrows to St Kitts and has the most wonderful sunset views. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two cozy bedrooms. Each with their own bathroom, outdoor showers (indoor ones too). The bedrooms have their own A/C (if needed). In the morning open the pocket doors to let the constant breeze to keep you comfy and cool. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. One nice extra is that Peter and Louise stocked the villa with an initial supply of provisions that held us over until our grocery store trip. The outdoor grill was a easy to use and fired up fast. Peter & Louise were such wonderful hosts! We fell in love with Nevis and the villa. Hope to be back soon. Ron

Beautiful villa, excellent host, and an amazing island. Derek was always on hand if we needed anything and Jan was super friendly and provided all the information we needed. We had to extend our trip for a day due to weather back home and we were accommodated without any issue.

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

It was our first time on Nevis. Gary met us at the water taxi and led us by car to help us find the house and get settled. Each night breezes blew through the screened windows and louvered doors. Tropical rain storms came over the mountains and pitter patter on the metal roof. The sounds of birds, monkeys and the trade winds are your white noise. Air conditioning was in the bedrooms with common spaces ventilated by open windows. The pool was crystal clear, warm and looked to have been recently redone. Views are beautiful and daily we watched humming birds and monkeys from the balcony. Generally Nevis is a tropical so mosquitoes and wildlife are on the bingo card The owners could not be nicer people and were always helpful with recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at villa tranquil, Carmesha the host was lovely to deal with and so friendly. We had no complaints about anything during our stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and it worked out great, highly recommend this space if you’re looking for a private, peaceful stay.

Let me start out by saying our stay here was absolutely phenomenal~!!! Seana and her husband were incredibly responsive…Offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport to their location..and had the refrigerator stocked with travel refreshments! Their Airbnb was just as beautiful as photographed! The cleanliness surpassed our expectations - and we were grateful for the washer/dryer that was made available riding our stay! In closing, this is an incredible place to stay - not only due to the location being close to “the action” - but it also served as a central hub to our guest that we’re traveling with us! Firstly, I must say that the hosts Idisa and Shakura as well as the property owner were extraordinarily professional, warm and very helpful. Secondly, the images shown do not do the property justice. The space was larger in feel and look in person! We were greeted by Idisa who walked us through the space and ensured that we were settled in before leaving. We felt safe and at home each day as we hung out by the pool as well as the front patio. I really recommend this space! Ensure that you have either a rental or reliable transportation, as the area does not have public transportation as some other areas do. The drive to town, grocery shopping etc., is less than 10 mins though and taxi service to and from the building is quite inexpensive (max $15 US). I recommend that you advise your driver, if they are unfamiliar with Katino Resorts, as many were, that you are going to an Air BnB next to West Tech Shipping or Sugar Ridge Apts., as those are familiar landmarks right off the main road.

Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home, and even gave us some delicious mangoes! My family & I enjoyed relaxing under the patio, soaking in the breeze. Over all this place is lovely and comfortable! If you’re ever in Nevis, definitely stay with her—you won’t regret it!”

 Lita was incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to meet. The apartment was clean and very well organised, with all the essentials provided, even if you haven’t had a chance to visit the shops yet. The room was a great size, perfect for a family. The kitchen was spacious and a lovely area to cook in. The apartment felt very safe and secure, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful place and view. If you are wondering if the reviews are accurate...they are. Garett is very communitive and makes getting here very simple. Once you arrive Eulin has food in fridge and she even had wine and cake for my wife's birthday! The best part is having the jeep which we drove all over the island. Highly recommend this place!

From our check in to check out, Gail was a kind host to communicate with. Very responsive, on the ball and very helpful. The unit was very clean and check in was very seamless. The ocean views from the unit were priceless. This space is perfect for a large group and for families to create memories. 5 star all the way!

Our stay at Oksana's place was excellent. We were happy with the location. Check in was easy and flexible. The unit was clean and well equipped and was exactly as it was described on the posting. We will be back again soon and plan to book again. Love St. Kitts!

Joyce was an exceptional host, making the place available to us at a moment's notice with flexible check in and check out. The place is spacious and RIGHT on the ocean which is great, with tons of restaurants in walking distance, plus supermarket, the Marriott and casino, and lots of other great places. Couldn't be more convenient. We slept 4 adult men comfortably here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the place has a washing machine as well and lots of towels. The lovely development also includes a pool and lounge areas. It condo could use a fresh coat of paint in some spots, but overall you can't beat this location, convenience, and bed count at this price. Thanks Joyce!

We had a really nice stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient yet peaceful, and we appreciated the little touches that made it feel welcoming. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a great spot that we’d definitely recommend and would happily stay at again.

Christine, and Tracy the onsite manager, were absolutely delightful to work with! No problems, no miscommunication, and a lovely unit in perfect order. 100% recommend for anyone wanting enjoy Frigate Bay and St Kitts! Hours on the deck in the evening and not one mosquito bothered me. Amazing view and complete silence at night with the windows closed. Very well maintained property and grounds.

Barbara greeted us and explained everthing in person. We had a wonderful time and walked to nearby restaurants which were plentiful. Showers in both bedrooms were awesome. The kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. A walkable nearby store only steps away had all we needed. The pool was always tended too each day and walking the beach with the waves from the Atlantic was just breath taking and relaxing.

The perfect place to stay! Comfortable , convenient location with so much in walking distance . Great pool and access to the ocean with gazebo to enjoy your morning coffee. Good WiFi for those looking to work with a great desk space.

My partner and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment for nearly six weeks and truly couldn’t have asked for more. It’s incredibly well-equipped—every kitchen utensil you might need, plus a washer and dryer, perfect for a long stay. The space was spotless, the beds were super comfy, both bathrooms had great showers, and each room had fans and strong AC. It’s tastefully decorated with a comfy sofa, dining area, and multiple balconies offering stunning views over Frigate Bay and the sea. The location is ideal—an easy walk to great restaurants, the beach, and fun but not-too-close beach bars. Best of all, there are three pools just minutes from the apartment. Silver Reef was easy to find, self check-in was a breeze, and the building manager Tracey was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a perfect stay and were sad to leave. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful St. Kitts!

Xd's place was nice, clean and easy to find. It is tucked away in a quite area VERY close to excellent restaurants. No issues. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. Would stay again!
