The villa consists of 3 rooms with high-level double beds, each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV, guest toilet with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a view of the terrace with pool. Outside you have a barbecue and a dining table,heated pool and jacuzzi ab 2025. Security depozit 400€ upon arrival.

Close your eyes and imagine: authentic old village, only few people living, stone houses, sound of crickets, intact nature, view on Adriatic sea and islands,Biokovo mountain, pine and olive trees, meditereanean feel. We filled house with warmth and positive energy, but we don't have pool or jacuzzi, we have something better-Adriatic sea, only 2 km away. House is located above Baska Voda-2min by car,on feet of Biokovo mountain with amazing view.

The vacation home was completed in 2022 after 5 years of hard work and a lot of love for detail. We really enjoyed staying at Matilda’s beautiful stone house. The view from the windows is spectacular, everything is just like the picture or even better! And the house is very clean. There is a white cat with black tail(a street cat) comes by sometimes, we enjoyed feeding him some food, he is very smart and gentle. We call him Loki, hope the future guest will also make a good friend with him:)

One of the best value for money accommodations I've stayed in. Although it isnt the most modern it was filled with all the basic (and more) amenities one would need - a home away from home. The view from balcony was beautiful and made it enjoyable to have breakfast and dinner there. Aircon worked great, hot water was always available and shower had good water pressure. Location was also good - less than 10 mins to the beach and promenade for restaurants and groceries. It's also within 10-20 minutes driving of other beautiful towns. Ladislav is such a lovely, friendly and accommodating host. We really appreciated his flexibility on early check in and late check out times. He was able to address our queries and requests quickly. Would highly recommend.

The Villa location was remote and private, which we thoroughly appreciated. Even though the road up the mountain was a little rough, the drive is through an olive grove and well worth the adventure. Once there, a fantastic view of the Adriatic with islands Hvar and Brac await you! The villa is beautiful, clean and well appointed, with terraced stone walls, and a large patio and pool. Katarina is an awesome host, responsive and helpful.

Incredibly beautifully located villa in the mountains. The house has everything you need and more! we really felt 😍 at home by car close to the most beautiful beaches! We were with the dog and the accessibility of incredibly beautiful and historically significant trails was very important for us - every walk was an unforgettable new adventure 🤩 And the view from the pool is the most fabulous and beautiful, enjoyed it every day! There are sunbeds next to the pool, which also has an incredible view. We used the barbecue several times and it was very convenient - the stove is wonderful 😗 The hosts are very hospitable, Bozena was always in touch, helpful and very responsive 😘 our family spent an incredible 10 days in this wonderful place ♥️ thank you 🙏🏻

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you

A very great and lovingly designed place with a breathtaking view. The place is very clean and quiet. The landlord cleans the pool and barbecue area daily. The owner is very kind and personable. The property is easily accessible via a narrow road. Great beach accessible in about a 10-minute drive. There are both restaurants and bars as well as quiet coves. Highly recommend! We would definitely come back.
