Two small farmhouses connected with a patio. The larger (30 square meters) contains everything; kitchen, bathroom, living room, small dining area, shower, washing machine. The bed is on the second floor (2x80 cm), note: not full ceiling height. Narrow stairs up. The TV is up there. The sofa downstairs is a sofa bed (140 cm). The smaller house contains 2 beds (2x90) and toilet. In the summer, also outdoor shower. It is within walking distance to the swimming jetty, Malens havsbad, Båstad harbor, grocery stores, etc. Summer bikes are available to borrow.

Just go with the sun around the house. Beautiful flower discounts, bushes, and berries create a magic setting. Perfect for families as the villa has large surfaces and spacious bedrooms. To the sea it is about a 10-minute walk to Rivierastrand. Båstad can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Bicycles, ping pong tables, crib, high chair, cubes etc are available to borrow.

The location is high and free with wonderful views from the large terrace that is generously furnished with, among other things, sofa and parasols. BBQ grill. The property is about 3000 sqm Perfect for generational living or family with small larger children as the newly renovated guest house has two beds, shower/WC and kitchenette. Great beds everywhere.

Great place for exploring Bjäre peninsula, and its nature w/ many golf courses, bicycle trails, running and riding. Another option is Hallands väderö where seals are seen around the year. Torekov & Båstad are near and offers great options for dining. Guests can also use tennis course, sauna and heated pool booked w/ an app ( temp access) The house have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 persons. It's fully equipped including internet tv and wifi. House also has is a patio w/ a gas grill.

Lovely apartment close to golf, the sea and nature

Vi köpte huset förra året i detta område som vi tycker är ett av de vackraste områdena man kan tänka sig i Sverige. Det finns dessutom massor att göra förutom att bada och sola. Det finns golf, second hand butiker, gårdsbutiker och vandringsleder mm. Allt för att passa de flesta i smaken. Hjärtligt välkomna! Pia
