Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Basundhara Residential Area

Very nice and quiet place except construction going on neighbour side which is temporary. Nice manager on site to take care of guest and very friendly. I must recommend this place for my next stay at Dhaka.

An amazing place to live temporarily. We stayed for 12 days. We never felt that we were out of our own place. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host was really nice and super responsive, we did early check in at 11 am. Based on price it’s a good place to stay and it has car parking facility also. Surely I will visit again.

This is a hidden gem in Dhaka. I booked the place for one night with my friends and I had an absolutely great time. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The host was great too. Can’t wait to book it again.

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities a family might require - from a washing machine, microwave, water heaters, water purifiers, clean bedsheets, blankets, etc. The best part of the experience was the housekeeper, Robi who goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and looked after. The security guards, Proshanto and Noyon are also very helpful resources to support your stay. You feel secure and comfortable - and the balcony has a really nice view too! Highly recommend.

It was my short trip for me and my wife . Rana is very helpful he was always there for us . There was an incident at night when my electricity was out I called Rana bhi and he came right away fix electricity. More often he asked me how I was doing and offered me his helping hand. I would recommend other guests to stay there.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Dhaka! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dhaka!

...Although the apartment is a bit inside from the main road, the surrounding environment is very quiet and pleasant. The flat was clean and tidy. It would have been better if there were two towels provided. There didn't seem to be any arrangement for tea or coffee. The bed in the inner bedroom made a lot of noise with just a little movement. That was quite annoying. But everything else was pretty good.

Co-Host & Host's communication is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Things described & pictures provided are ACCURATE. The place is slightly out to the CORNER but Quite Peaceful. The amenities provided are TOP NOTCH. Feels like A Complete Home. Cant be a Better Place to Live.

I am happy to stay there all over I can say it’s good place to stay. Hot water system is available but only in one bathroom. Place wise is very comfortable and convenient Kitchen is good probably need little more attention. Finally I am happy and this place works for my stay. Next time I will stay here again

It was amazing to stay at this place. Place felt like home. Check in-out was super easy. Can find taxis and restaurants in walking distance. Amenities was working properly. Near to airport. I would recommend this place whoever wants to visit dhaka.

It was my first airbnb stay in Dhaka, I would say the experience was good the place is in 15th floor so the view was amazing at night as u can see the city n the highways all the way, plus the host was very responsive n one of the best , the people around the place were nice knowing that we are not from there would definitely recommend to anyone staying there

Extremely hassle free and good stay experience. Rooms are really well maintained and spacious. The building is just few meters from metro station and all the department stores close by. The host is very polite and welcoming.
