Monthly Rentals in Batan

Anara’s place was simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It is located in a residential complex with everything you could possibly need right outside your door, and if you needed anything else it was a short taxi away. The apartment itself was extremely clean and large, more than enough space for 2-3 people. Anara was also such a great host and allowed us to check in at 4 am (and was awake to make sure we made it in okay). If I ever return to Almaty I will be sure to try to stay here again. :)

Nice and cozy place, everything went good

Excellent, clean apartment with beautiful mountain view. Very well maintained, spotlessly clean apartment with upscale furnishings, all amenities as listed and located in convenient location with supermarkets, grocery stores just a few steps away. Host was very proactive and helpful. I and my wife had a very comfortable stay and we will be happy to rent the same apartment in our next trip to Almaty.

I stayed at Yuris place for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed because I felt right at home. It was my first time trying an Airbnb and this experience has really motivated me to keep trusting airbnbs. Mostly I would say it is because of Yuris warmth and also the work they have put in making the place how it is. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into the cleanliness of the apartment, the selection of the furniture and all the of the extra items they provide . Yuri and Irina have preemptively thought about what a guest would need and those particular items available in the house. They provide bus cards and SIM cards upon arrival which really puts you at ease. Almatys bus system and map app 2gis are very well integrated. I suggest everyone try use the bus cards and travel.
