Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with dining and kitchen necessities and the location was perfect for a family get away . The host and the caretaker of the property was extremely helpful and responsive providing local tips and making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable, thanks K Lebrix and Juvy 😊. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Super satisfied with my stay at BellaVita Lipa Haven! 🌿✨ Maganda ang location – tahimik at peaceful, perfect for relaxing provincial life. Sobrang affordable pero hindi tinipid sa quality. Malinis, maaliwalas, at may simple pero eleganteng aesthetic ang buong space. Bonus points pa dahil nakasolar sila (eco-friendly!) at malakas ang internet, kaya work-from-anywhere ready kahit nasa probinsya. Kompleto na rin ang amenities – truly a great place to unwind or even stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm yet connected stay in Lipa. 💯👏

Thea is geniunely the best Host we had so far on AirBnb and that is after 20 bookings. we had a particular situation and her proactiveness and help was simply wayyyyy above and beyond our expectations. I had a wonderful stay at Oasis - Serene. The place was exactly as described – clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Basic bathroom and kitchen essentials were thoughtfully provided, and there were complimentary snacks and coffee too. The guards at the property were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel safe and welcomed right from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was a seamless experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay with great hospitality!

The place is great! The owner is very proactive in checking us from time to time. Not sure if there’s really no phone signal in the unit since we’re too high..but that’s okay since they have fast wifi. They also have board games to play with.

host was very accommodating and responds to all queries. she even agreed that we check in at 1 am! place was clean and has a zen vibe. there's a water heater which is a plus:-) we stayed for only 8 hours but we were able to rest properly. no hassle with check in and out. Great host! salamat po:-)

Check-in was very easy and the host was very responsive even before the check-in date. It was inside the Pico de Loro complex and very convenient to walk around. There was a minor problem with the sink but she was very prompt and fixed the issue right away. The place was very clean and big for our family of 7. Thank you so much for a very nice stay!

Great place! Clean, comfy, and easy to check-in. Booked the room on the same day and the host was very responsive. The place is strategic as it is located near well-known establishments. Viewing deck at the rooftop is also a plus.

Juana and Tina were very hospitable despite us checking in late in the night. We needed a quick place to crash for the night and they welcomed us warmly into their place. The place was located far from the subd's entrance, away from the bustling highway. Apparently there's also a curfew imposed at night for deliveries, etc. Place was a whole house, and it was spacious and clean. Their Honesty Store located at the kitchen really stood out for me and my partner! Not having to think of where to buy some stuff for cooking was really great. Everything was labeled and guidelines for transportation can be found on the fridge door-- we appreciate that! It was an overall good stay. Would definitely book this place again. ☺️

The place is really nice and clean. The checking in process was smooth, there are several people that handled us, and they are all very responsive and friendly. When we entered the place it was very comfy and clean, all of the things needed are available to use.

The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Although, we had trouble finding groceries or outdoor restos of our preference, the space was our best accomodation yet, and ate Melai was really helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the pay!

The view was stunning, and the cool Tagaytay breeze made everything even better. The host and Ms.Kaycee were also very responsive and accommodating, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free.
