LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! A boutique, spacious one bedroom, ground floor, fully self-contained, apartment.Ideally situated 350m walking distance to two of Malua Bay's pristine beaches. Open plan living at its absolute best! The Master bedroom is spacious, appointed with luxury linen and toiletries and includes a comfy reading chair with footstool...perfect for relaxing with a good book. French doors open out to a patio area and the ensuite bathroom is spacious with walk in rainforest shower.

Congo Camp House in the forest

Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

Studio Cottage on farm with river views

Nestled in the Benandarah State Forest, on 52 private hectares of pasture, is Biddie's Farm Cottage. With beautiful views of the Cyne Mallows river which runs off from the Clyde, this vintage cottage was built from timber found on the farm and reclaimed planks from a 100 year old shack from Bega. Biddies is full of cosy country comforts including a/c, column heater for winter, and a 40 inch smart TV. The queen size bed is a vintage brass frame. There is the farm to explore and river access.

'Escape to the Vines' quaint tiny house on a breathtaking 75 acres that is Mountain Ridge Winery. Situated a short drive from the boutique towns of Berry, Gerringong and Kiama. There are plenty of sights to be seen, shops to be visited and places to be explored. Enjoy a relaxing stay nestled amongst the vines and surrounded by the exquisite views of Coolangatta, Berry, Saddleback and Cambewarra Mountains. Just a short drive from some of the best beaches and bushwalks on the NSW South Coast.

A Sanctuary at Denhams - Pooch Friendly

Our modern open plan home is just 2 minutes walk from Denhams Beach and just a 5 minute walk to Surf Beach that is patrolled in summer. You will also be within walking distance to local shops and beachside café. This luxury property has all you need for a relaxing holiday where you can unwind and be refreshed. Basic pantry supplies included as is all linen and beach towels. This is dog friendly home to WELL behaved pooches and has a wonderful outdoor entertaining area as well as a fire pit.

Owl Nest

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Pet fee, $20 for their stay.

Welcome to your secluded and dog friendly beachside escape! Tucked away on a small headland boasting the quiet and hidden Circuit Beach, this beachside delight is your little piece of paradise on the south coast! This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

Murramerang Resort a 5 minute drive away with bar, take away and restaurant. 15 km from Batemans Bay with excellent facilities, restaurants, clubs, fishing charters and shopping centre. Mogo is 25 minutes away, with Mogo zoo and interesting shops, or you can laze around at the Burrabri Lane Beach House, with Netflix, Prime and WiFi.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Stand up paddle board available for use, portable cot, kids toys, and games on site. 5 minute walk to the lake, 15 minute walk to beach and a short drive to Ulladulla, Mollymook & Milton. **3rd bedroom is by request only**

ShoreBreak

Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
