On the top floor (2nd floor) the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . There is a BBQ on the balcony and a larger communal BBQ by the tennis court.

Attached cottage on acreage three minutes from town and beach. Very quiet with rural and ocean views. Lovely established gardens. Lush paddocks, friendly cows, duck pond, a working farm set on 20 acres so plenty of room for walks but only 2 minutes drive to Gerringong shops and the beach.
