The location was amazing since it was nearby most tourist spots. But most importantly Anthony was a great host! He replied promptly and was always available to provide assistance

Everything was so great. Cleanliness, equipment, facilities.. but maybe can be improved to add iron, microwave and etc… but overall.. it’s a great Hospitality… Recommended. Thank you

Everything was perfect. New apartment with a great location in Nagoya Thamrin City. The landlord is very kind and responsive. Have nothing to complain about :)

Nice little apartment with excellent views!

The apartment was decent overall . A few small additions could improve the experience such as paper towels, a cloth for cleaning & tissue for wiping hands after meals . There was slight dust & a few hairs here & there, but nothing too concerning . The balcony is small, but since we weren’t in the apartment 24/7, it didn’t bother us . The bed was comfy, which made resting easy after a long day . I’d recommend this place for a decent stay, not for those expecting to stay in all day or do thorough inspections .. Thank you for the hospitality !🙏🏽

Nice place to stay, peaceful and not far from the city. It's a bit difficult to get into the housing complex because of the tight security. But that means the location is very safe. Overall, the home appliances are very adequate and the host is very responsive

Check in 3 days 2 nights in this homestay is comfortable. It can hold up to 9 people. Strategic location, clean and surrounded by neighbors. So don't be noisy at night, respect your neighbors. Recommended 👍

3D2N was not enough! The interior and the villa itself was beautiful! Super comfortable, feels like home~ It was worth the money! The neighbourhood was very peaceful, you can literally hear nature, birds chirping when you're swimming! Super relaxing! This villa is perfect for anyone who wants to relax~ Our host, Meli, she is very sweet, kind and caring! She gave us recommendation on places to eat. Infact, the place that she recommended was delicious and unforgettable~ Meli also gave us an advice to download an app for a cheaper transportation. Overall, Meli is a very hostile person, whenever we need her, she's there! Speedy responses on our messages~ Thank you Meli ❤️~ We will definitely come back and book here again someday! ❤️

Probably the best airbnb I have lived in. The location is spectacular! You get to live right inside gardens by the bay. You could get up early and go for a run around the park and be in awe of its beauty. The part of gardens by the bay that the property is located in is serene gardens, it really does feel serene. I highly recommend walking/jogging on the track above the lake, if stretches through the entire length of gardens by the bay. Apart from that the night view of the financial district is phenomenal. The district is also just a 15 minute walk. In terms of the stay in itself: again splendid. The lower floor has centralised AC and the first floor has 2 ACs ample to be very comfortable. There is automated checkin if you come in at odd hours, and very very helpful host.

we have a great time staying at Summer village the host Mr Bodhi.very responsive and attentive towards our request.The place very quite need to arrange own transport. overall my family have great stay and vacation and we will definately come back to stay at Summer village. thank you so much.

Location was private and slightly hard to locate when using Grab, especially at night but definitely not a problem at all. Place was very breezy at night (perfect for chilling at the balcony or late night walks). I definitely recommend coming here especially with a big group! Mahjong table, billiards, karaoke & speakers were all available. Will come back here next time!

Fendy is friendly and approachable, and he speaks excellent Chinese, which made communication very easy. The check-in process was smooth and convenient — we just had to enter the pin to access the electric lock. The house was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It’s also located near Batam Zoo Paradise, with several popular restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The water pressure was strong, and the bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant. There were just two minor downsides for us: there was no electric kettle, so we had to use the induction stove to boil water; and we did spot a cockroach on the staircase, though we managed to catch it. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place!

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

It has a fantastic location, with easy access to eateries, Komtar, City Square Mall, and just a short walk to Bazaar Karat. The space is cozy, homely, and equipped with all basic necessities. It’s clean and well-maintained. The thoughtful touches by the host, like providing umbrellas for use and return, are much appreciated. The host is friendly and responsive, ensuring all our needs were met. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions provided. Thank you ! we definitely had a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy 1-bedroom unit. The space is well-furnished and thoughtfully laid out, making it very comfortable. The view from the higher floor was fantastic, really added to the relaxed, peaceful vibe of the place. Location-wise, it’s perfect for us, just a stone’s throw from Paradigm Mall, which made shopping incredibly convenient. The building itself offers nice amenities, including a pool, a small playground, and a tiny gym. Security was friendly and helpful, and everything felt safe and well-managed throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the TV remote, which could be more user-friendly. But overall, a great stay and would definitely consider returning!

The homestay is simple and fully equipped.The mattress is comfortable.The host responded quickly and provided a very clear explanation.Although the air conditioner leaked on the first night, the landlord immediately asked the air conditioner technician to take care of it the next day.Very worth staying.The host is very warm and friendly.
