Holiday rentals with beach access in Batu Ferringhi

Enjoyed the place, location and the view. Good for holidays.!!Were stayed here for 11 days. Only elevators required some patience.

Chee is a super friendly, responsive and helpful host. He provided us with everything we asked for. The place is cozy and comfortable. We didn’t regret to choose it!

「ペナン島で暮らすように過ごしたい！」という私の願望を叶えてくれた部屋で大満足しています。部屋からはヨットハーバーが目の前に見えます。スーパーも近く、食料品から日用品まで揃います。ワインショップも近いです。レストランも沢山あります。Grabを呼ぶのにも便利で毎日利用して出かけました。ペナンは暑くて汗を沢山かくので洗濯が毎日できたことはとても助かりました。 プールでも泳ぎ気持ち良かったです。夜は下のレストランから歌が聴こえたりしますが私はうるさくて困るというほどではなかったです。(感じ方は人それぞれだと思いますが…) Ooiさんに何か質問をするとすぐに返事がきて対応してもらえ安心して過ごすことができました。セキュリティの面でもしっかりしているコンドミニアムだと思います。 コンロは使えなかったので部屋ではお湯を沸かしてお茶を飲んだり果物を買ってきて食べました。屋台グルメ天国のペナンでは部屋で調理しなくても良かったのでコンロが使えなくても全く困りませんでした。 ペナンでの快適なお部屋を貸していただきありがとうございました。また再訪したい場所です。

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The house is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. With three toddlers in tow, we truly appreciated how much room they had to roam freely indoors. The big compound was a bonus — we brought inflatable pools and the kids had a blast ! The interior is beautiful and cosy, perfect for our gathering with friends. There was plenty of space to hang out and catch up. Everything was spotless — the whole place was very clean and well maintained. Parking was hassle-free even though we came with four cars. The price was a great deal for what we got. Eric was a responsive and helpful host, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We had zero issues throughout our stay. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in every room — especially for the ladies getting ready 😊 Other than that, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. Its a kampung house from the outside but once you go in its all newly built & its super clean inside. Its just walking distance from paddy field. Really worth the money we paid for.

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

Nice place for 10 to 13 pax

Overall clean and tidy. Washing machine provided and huge space for laundry. Carporch is big enough for 3 small cars.

If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature, I highly recommend this peaceful Airbnb stay. Nestled in a charming village setting, the property is surrounded by lush coconut trees and banana trees, offering a truly tranquil environment. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling leaves was a refreshing change from the constant noise of the city. The air felt fresher, the pace of life slower, and everything about the place encouraged relaxation. Just a 5-minute drive away, I found myself at the edge of vast paddy fields — the view of the golden rice swaying in the breeze was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is also great for exploring. Penang Escape and Entopia Penang are only about 30 minutes’ drive away, so day trips are easy and convenient. After a fun day out, coming back to the peaceful village atmosphere was the perfect balance.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Recommend place to stay if you’re in Butterworth. Host is friendly and they provide all amenities like you were just at your home.

모든것이 좋았습니다. 넓은방과 거실 그리고 무엇보다 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 침구랑 수건에서 냄새가 났고 1층 공사중이라 소음때문에 힘들었습니다. 아마도 공사는 곧 끝날껍니다.^^

We had a fantastic stay in this 3-bedroom Airbnb! The spacious living room boasted a lovely view, and the fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus. The location was super convenient, with Gurney Paragon just a 15-minute walk away, and a nearby hawker center for easy dining. One minor drawback was that one bedroom didn't have an outdoor view, but it was still acceptable. The only other thing that could use improvement were the bath towels, which felt a bit worn out. Despite these minor issues, we'd definitely recommend this place for its great location, amenities, and parking lot. We'll definitely come back and stay again!

The unit is very tidy. Convenient with Mynews and Starbucks downstairs. Checking in is easy. Host is very responsive which made the experience pleasant. So close to Old Greenhouse also which has some great food (Hokkien mee, fried oyster, etc) +1 for the retro games available in the unit :)
