Holiday rentals with lake access in Batumi

Lovely apartment with an amazing host 👌🏻 The location is great between the new and old Batumi, all the sights are within a walking distance. Host is available and allowed us to wait for our flight in the apartment. The size of the apartment is impressive, huge bedrooms and high ceilings, good quality furniture. We will definitely come back here, highly recommend 👍♥️

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

We stayed with a large group of 3 families, 9 people, including 3 children. The rooms are cozy, clean, as described. There is everything you need. Felt like home. The location is most advantageous, just a step away. Separately, it is necessary to say about Levan and his wife Leje: wonderful people, always ready to help and advise. We will definitely stay at Levan's place next time

The location is great. The place is suitable for a large group, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and friendly! We had a lovely chat and had a great time.

We had amazing time in this house! The house is in a peaceful, middle of nature place. Host was incredible, welcoming, warming people. Kitchen has everything you need in order to create perfect food. The host food also amazing. We would definitely come back

Marine is so kind everything else is and added bonus. The home is exactly how it looks ok the photos, You have a private room, it's a bedroom/slash workspace/ living room but it's all how you use the space creatively. You have a private good sized kitchen, you have a private toilet and a private shower/laundry room. there are directly in the hallway outside of the bedroom/ living room. All rooms are only accessible by keys (1 per room) that only you will have. It's quiet, private, cozy, and safe. Walkability 1000 percent. City bus access a few steps away, Charter bus company Lüks Karadeniz ti Türkiye is a few streets away, there's markets everywhere. This is one of a very few streets with big beautiful trees so when you walk out of the building it's beautiful. The picture shows it as a pink building, but it was recently painted a deep green wit white trim. If you need anything contact Marine if you break anything contact Marine, it is a business but she is fair.

We were very satisfied with the trip and the accommodation! Great location, convenient location - close to the beach and all the central places of the city. The building itself is very solid and pleasant The apartment was clean, there was also everything necessary, the air conditioning worked) In general, there were no complaints, the rest was great! Great view, perfect location, 2 nice balconies, apartment is compact but it has everything needed for short stay. It’s clean, a lot of sunlight during the day.

A super nice place to stay in Batumi. Ilya is very responsive and always quick to help if you have any questions. The apartment has everything you need for the first time of your trip, it’s clean and bright. The location is very convenient. Nothing to add, it’s a really good place to stay and the price is affordable. One small downside to mention: the stadium is very close, so if there’s a football match and you’re used to sleeping in complete silence, it can get a bit loud. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The best view of the sunsets on the sea is in your window. Undoubtedly, it will decorate your vacation. Of the pluses: convenient location near the embankment of Batumi (1 line), the apartment is located on the 8th floor and it is quiet, despite the proximity of the road, clean in the apartment and in the entrance, there are no lines at the elevator. Self check-in. The host of the apartment is always in touch and helps with resolving issues. Small disadvantages: the heating is only from the air conditioner, so in the winter it is a little cool, there was no garbage can in the kitchen, the shower cabin sometimes leaked. In general, I recommend this option for living, there are definitely more pros than cons.

The apartment fully matches the description and photos. I’ve been to Batumi before, and many tourists end up in ORBI - lured by stylish photo, sea views and slightly lower price - only to be disappointed :) That’s not the case here. The apartment is fresh and stylish - which is quite rare in Batumi. You have everything you need for a one- or two-week stay. The location is exceptional: a stunning view of 6 May Park - you practically live inside it and can see everything happening there. So, the apartment itself is 11/10 (especially by Batumi standards). The host is also extremely helpful and proactive - for example, during a citywide blackout, she messaged quickly with an explanation and clear instructions. One thing to consider: It’s on the 5th floor with no elevator. If you’re bringing heavy luggage, that might be worth keeping in mind - though it wasn’t a problem for me. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if I return to Batumi.
