Villa holiday rentals in Batumi

It was a wonderful stay. The house is located in a peaceful area nearby the river, so there is only the sound of it. The house itself is spacious, ideal for 5 people. We spent a lot of time in the living room here. For summer, there is also a great terrace with comfortable seats. Vivo - our host - was very friendly, he managed our question even when it was heavy rain outside, so helpful. In our case, there was only minus - the distance and the journey from Batumi. We visited the city almost every day. It took a lot of energy and time. So if you have some business in the city, consider this. On the other hand, if you want to have just peaceful time - I'd definitely recommend this house.

Excellent Host

We had a great time in this house with the whole family! Everything was very cozy, comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail. Special thanks to Maria - she was always in touch, very responsive and ready to help at any time. The house has everything you need for living: slippers, gels, shampoos, towels, blankets - such details are always especially pleasing. Nearby is a wonderful sea, literally a couple of minutes away. We are very happy with our choice, I recommend it wholeheartedly! 😊👍

The views were spectacular. The Home was clean and the Host was incredibly helpful. I will definitely revisit next time I am in Batumi. I highly recommend this home. 😁

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Tamara's place. Even on short notice, she was incredibly accommodating and made the booking process effortless. Communication was smooth and straightforward. The apartment itself is as lovely and cozy as described, providing a comfortable space that truly felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We felt at home, very cozy. A big house nicely located uphill with a magnificent panoramic view of Batumi. House is surrounded by flowers and green subtropical plants. Clean air, calm environment. Very kind hosts, always quickly responding. We stayed for five days. Our stay was very relaxing and luxurious. This was our last week in Georgia during our summer vacation and this place made our trip especially memorable.

Highly recommended! Me and my friend rented this place for our birthday parties , we spent 4 beautiful days there with our closest friends and all of us will remember these times forever ! This place is so beautiful, location is outstanding - On the hill with a sea view, quite place where you can feel calm and everyone will have space for their own. There is almost no people around, so we were allowed to make a party with loud music until 2.00 am. The pool is a cherry on top :') Hosts are family of the kindest people and are always in touch and will help with everything you need. Thank you ! I will definitely come back.

Nice villa, good service, the weather, of course, let us down, there were showers, but the sea was warm. We will come back once.

This hotel is ran by a very friendly family. The rooms are nice and clean with a great view at the sea, the pool is refreshing and the food is amazing, especially the lunches te ladies cooked for us. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time in a beautiful private house near Batumi. River, nature, lack of city noise. The house is brand new, each floor is rented separately. The entrance to each floor is its own, so the neighbors will not be disturbing. Around the house is a lawn with a gazebo and a brazier, the host provided us with skewers. In general, we were provided with everything we asked for, a very responsive and understanding host) the gate is automatic, there are places for parking. From the center of Batumi 25 minutes by car. Keep in mind that there are more power outages in Batumi than in Tbilisi, for example, sometimes for quite a long time, but the house has additional lighting for such things, as well as matches for the gas stove. We liked everything. Would come back again) Thank you Aviv!

Amazing place, amazing price. 100% recommended!

Improvised stay, but great surprise! Large very clean guest house, well appointed room (ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, balcony, wi-fi...) , nice pool, beach nearby. I had a good time, the evening air was sweet and the sea was delicious. The atmosphere in Gonio is family and popular, less "trendy" and noisy than in Batumi. Irma and her family are very welcoming and friendly.

Gantiadi holiday house is like a peace of heaven on the land. I’ve already visited a lot of countries, but before never met such kind, responsive and welcoming people like Nino and Shota! These people made everything that I felt myself like at home. Rooms are comfortable, clean, with modern interior and with a beautiful view on mountains. In one word everything matches photos on preview. Thanks a lot for comfortable residence, I will come back!
