Had an amazing stay at Jaay’s place! He was very responsive, answered any questions we had & checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay & if we needed anything & he also gave us lots of recommendations on things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, everything was great any issues we had Ruffina was quick to help us solve. The villa is a gated community which is great for safety and near many tourists areas. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great trip here everything was either 3 to 10 min drive anything I needed or requested Maribel was quick to respond and accommodate. Instructions were very clear and the place looks exactly as described I felt very welcomed and hope to come again

Staying at Renier's place was the best introduction to Punta Cana that my family and I could have possibly had. Immediately upon arrival, he answered his phone when we had further questions about the location of the property. The place looked exactly like the pictures and that was refreshing. Along with the recommendations of how to get food delivered, Renier had water delivered 10 minutes after we got there so that we never went thirsty during our stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were close to shops, restaurants, resorts, and places to book tours. Having Renier close by also allowed for us to get to know his family and he was able to tell us a little more about the area. I 10/10 enjoyed him as a host.

**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

Great location. Safe neighborhood. Nightlife and shopping era within walking distance! The apartment is clean and the decor is nice.

The place was clean, nicely decorated and convenient. The only issue was the location is a bit hard to find for Ubers/ inconvenient if you're planning on hanging out at the Hard Rock but the AIrbnb itself was lovely.

My stay was very pleasant, the residential complex in general is quite good and the apartment is very comfortable for 2 people We were very pleased.

The Airbnb is located in a good location, very close to the beach with all the facilities available very near. The house was great and very comfortable, great to visit with friends or family. We'll definitely come back.

I would HIGHLY recommend this property. It is truly as advertised. It is very beautiful and peaceful. Jenny is such a great communicator and offers advice of things to do here in Punta Cana. One of the highlights of my stay at the property was after coming in from taking in all the sites and all that Punta Cana has to offer was being able to go out to the pool, which is directly behind the unit. I would go out and sit in a lounge chair with a drink, and a cigar in hand and listen to great Dominican music played by the friendly guests and residents who lived there. I made a few new friends just spending time by the pool. Most importantly for me was being able to know that the unit was staffed and protected with a 24 hour security team. Every Uber driver I had taking me places had to leave their driver's license with the security guard as added security. For me, being a retired US Marine, I really appreciated this. What a beautiful stay we had at the this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed when entering this place. It looks just like the pictures, and in fact once you’re there, it’s so much cozier. Not to mention, all amenities and instruments are available at your disposable. Sladja was kind enough to leave us plenty of restaurant suggestions, which we strongly recommend la Bruja Chupadora (thank you Sladja!). The walk to the beach is easy and right down the street, about a 10 min-walk. Unfortunately, we were met with a lot of sargassum going to Los Corales Beach, BUT not to worry because there are plenty of other beaches to experience, including Macao Beach, which he had a blast at. Having a supermarket below was extremely convenient, they provide everything you need! The pool feels amazing! We strongly suggest using Ubers when going around the area, they take less than 2 min to arrive and we had beautiful experiences in downtown Punta Cana. All this to say, thank you Sladja for everything!

Ulyana’s place was wonderful. A view from every room. Her artists touches were woonderful. I absolutely loved the condo. The only thing I would recommend is AC in the living room area instead of just the bedroom. Otherwise it was a great stay. She’s a beautiful hostess with an awesome spirit!! Thank you

My family had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Vista Cana! The property was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and perfectly maintained. Each guest had their own private bathroom, which made for such a comfortable and convenient stay. The highlight was definitely the pool, and the amenities of Vista Cana (man made beach, restaurants, and beach bar with a DJ!) The villa is also very well-located, with easy access to nearby downtown (only a few minutes away). The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed and was there whenever something came up. Highly recommend!

Accommodation with a good location, a great option for those who want to save money and enjoy a comfortable place close to points of interest. The size of the apartment is good. German was very attentive and available to meet my requests. The only drawback is the extra payment if you want to use the air conditioning.

Excellent amenity! Very close to many things, very flexible, super friendly, they instructed us a lot, loved too much and I plan to return! ✨

Over all great place. Pump of pool was broken so pool was dirty . Great place to relax. Will go again for sure
