The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-8 badges included. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides, bars and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house so you are near the action but not in it. Trains and shops, restaurants and food stores a 20 minute walk away on Arnold Avenue. Fishing, boats and restaurants along the inlet.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath victorian home

Each of the three bedrooms has brand new queen size beds and all 2.5 bathrooms are brand new as is the kitchen and everything else in this gourgous victotian home with lots of outdoor space including front wrap around pouches and large private backyard with gardens . All this just three houses off the heart of Downtown Manasquan. Only dogs under 20 pounds and they have to be non-shedding and well trained.

We had a great family weekend! The bed set ups were perfect for adult couples and twin beds for my nieces. We walked to the beach twice for long walks down the boardwalk— super close and easy. The weekend went too quickly so we would love to come back and explore more of Manasquan!

James is a great host. Met us at the house when we arrived and gave us the grand tour. The house is comfortable and clean with plenty of beds. The house is in a great location with proximity to restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store or the beach.

Our family gathered for a wedding at Clark's Landing and the location couldn't have been better. We came from FL and CA and were truly able to enjoy being together in this home. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, a casual dinner, and conversation over a good glass of wine. We were 2 couples. The 2 upstairs bedrooms w their own baths offered the privacy we needed. And the 2nd floor deck offered a gathering spot to be together as a family and enjoy one another's company. I would recommend Michele's place for up to 3 couples looking for a quiet getaway.

Charming Ocean-Block Beach House

My Wife, Our two year old Son and Myself just stayed at Lisa’s gorgeous quaint beach house which is literally a three minute walk to the beach. Her house is absolutely beautiful and has that Jersey shore beach vibe to the fullest! The back deck is a great spot to hang out at night plus the grill to cook if you feel like staying home. Otherwise there are so many great restaurants around and everything you need is right nearby! My Family and I already book another stay at Lisa’s in August! We actually said, “This might be Our new Happy Place getaway!” We highly recommend Lisa and her home 1000% and she is the best host who communicates to the fullest! Thank you again Lisa for your hospitality, generosity and peacefulness!!!

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Communication was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We explored the town with the bikes provided and used the beach chairs to enjoy the beach!
