Empfehlenswert. Wer in La Romana eine Unterkunft sucht kann auf jedenfall bei Ivelisse & Manuel vorbeischauen. Auch die Angestellten der Apartments, von denen wir den Schlüssel bekommen haben, sind sehe nett, hilfsbereit und haben immer gute Laune. Über die Sauberkeit muss keine Gedanken gemacht werden. Für den Preis ist das Apartment sehr gut. Außerdem ist Ivelisse immer verfügbar bei Fragen und kümmert dich darum.

Muy bonito y acogedor

El alojamiento esta ubicado a unas pocas cuadras del centro de bayahibe y a 5 minutos de Dominicus, es limpio, comodo, las habitaciones cuentan con AC y funciona bien, el lugar es seguro, una señora vive en el primer piso y es muy amable.

Logement avec une grand piscine commune. Le logement est propre , une terrasse agréable mais il manquerait une table pour pouvoir manger dehors. Le gros point négatif du logement : l’eau chaude! De manière très aléatoire sur 5 jours nous avons eu 2 jours avec un peu d’eau chaude et pas dans toutes les salles de bain. La réception est hyper réactive , répond à chaque sollicitation et toujours avec le sourire ! 10 min à pieds de la plage publique et plusieurs épiceries à côté. C’est un bon rapport qualité prix!

Es un fraccionamiento muy lindo, con gente muy amable, comida deliciosa, cercanía a la playa, alberca y gran espacio. Es importante que ustedes al rentar hagan de manera correcta el cálculo del pago de luz, ya que la primera vez que nos alojamos ahí nos contaron de más

Great place - photos do not do it justice, all rooms have an en-suite. Nice size rooms and beds. Plenty of storage so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase and can nicely put them into the cupboards and draws available in each room. Kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils and pots you need if your home cooking. Sofa area is nice and spacious with plenty seating for a 3-5 size family. The tv also has Netflix available so you can entertain yourselves or any kids to watch. I stayed here 2 weeks and honestly couldn’t be happier. Will certainly stay here again. Thank you Jessica

Pasamos una estadía excelente Alejandro el anfitrión nos envió todas las indicaciones y no tuvimos que estar tanto en contacto con él ya que todo estaba perfecto, el lugar es muy bonito, el apartamento muy cómodo, disfrutamos de la piscina, la playa la caleta además de la playa dominicus, en el malecón pasamos un agradable rato en fin visitamos algunos lugares más, es fácil de llegar al lugar y además fácil de transitar y muy acogedor y tranquilo el lugar, lo recomiendo y si deseamos visitar nuevamente la Romana pues volvería al mismo apartamento.

This was my second stay at Andrea’s beautiful sea-view apartment, and once again—it was perfect! The space is bright, beautifully designed, and has such a comfortable layout. The beds are big and super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, and everything is spotless and well-maintained. The pool area is spacious, clean, and never overcrowded—great for relaxing. There’s also a secure parking lot just nearby, which adds a lot of convenience if you’re driving. Andrea is a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and always happy to help with anything you need. She really goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I absolutely love staying here. You can feel how much care goes into every detail of the property. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place by the sea!

Beautiful apartment with all the necessities to make you feel right at home. Private and safe. There is music at night because of the proximity to the beach, but the apartment is well built to either enjoy the happy atmosphere outside or lock up and even lower the gates for peace and tranquility inside. Francia was great with communication and photos demonstrating everything. I will definitely choose this Airbnb for future trips to Caleta Beach.

TV con netflix e YouTube . Filrigorifero Cucinino Letto e lenzuola pulite. Ottimo posto dove soggiornare e passarlo in buona compagnia. La host é stata sempre presente come d’altronde la sua collega. Mi sono fermato qui tre notti e ne è valsa la pena in quanto è uno dei posti più economici che potete trovare qui. È tutto a vostra disposizione! Al 4 piano c è una piscina se vi va di rilassarvi un po’. Grazie per avermi aiutato con un chek in tardivo

Mi estancia fue excelente. La señora Olga siempre estuvo muy atenta, pendiente de cada detalle y fue muy amable durante toda mi estadía. La zona es tranquila, segura y me sentí cómoda en todo momento. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Gracias!

Great stay, close to the beach and the city. Raphael was always helpful and responsive. We'll likely stay again when visiting family.
