There are popüler cafes and restaurants nearby. With 500 mbps unlimited internet and wifi6 connection, you can both work online and enjoy Izmir. There is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. We have tastefully decorated our apartment considering the needs of travelers.

Located in the most decent neighborhood of Konak, two minutes walking distance to the sea and tram station, three stops away from Konak Merkez and Fahrettin Altay, with a hiking park behind it, with a hiking park behind it, the building and all the items are brand new. My apartment is on the most attractive street of Izmir ‘Kibris Şehitleri’ with a sea view. One block away from sea front. (a minute by walk) and very close to Alsancak train station. (10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 7th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. It was my 3rd Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean and peaceful, the house has a unique aura. The elevator is behind 2 streets, on the ground floor in old Izmir, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur has put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

Mr. Burak is very friendly. He is helpful and kind. The location of the house is close to the stops, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We encountered a house as in the photos. It was clean and tidy. It had all the supplies and spares. Just due to the building, the sound insulation is a little insufficient. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

This was the first time I didn’t Book a whole flat for my Trip, and I absolutely loved it. Leyla was the nicest host, her place is very central, easy to teach by public transportation. She is very helpful and catering towards her guests needs. It felt like a home and not like a stay in a random hotel/airbnb. The only nice thing would be a chair on the balcony so that one can sit outside but other than that I loved having someone local to ask questions to.

brother Ismail met us with a lot of gulery. Although he lived on the lower floor of the house, we seemed to be staying in a separate house. It is a more beautiful house than the photos. We did not have any problems with parking your car in the house. We felt like we were in our own home. The garden and balcony provided us with a peaceful stay. Thank you for everything. It was an airbnb I would come back to.

The house itself is a beautifully renovated old building, full of charm and lovely little details that make it feel really special. Check-in was self-service and super easy. Thanks to our caring wonderful hosts, we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Cleanliness was great. Since it is centrally located, our access to the city center and Urla was very comfortable. It was a quiet place to rest. Thank you for everything, we left happy as if we were staying with our family. When we come back to this area, we'll stay again without a second thought.
