Had a really nice couple of days here. Nice, safe neighbourhood not too far from public transport or to the centre of town and a very pretty house.

I has a wonderful stay in Izmir. The stonehouse is beautifully cozy and very well equipped. With the AC in the living room the 37 degrees we're easily manageable. Communication was super supportive. 5 Stars for the hosts!

We preferred it for the second time and the rest will come, it is a really nice spacious apartment. We were extremely comfortable and never felt like strangers, all the amenities were sufficient. You can also be in the super direct elevator. It was a pleasant stay close to the market, center and cafes.:)

We thank Mr. Adnan very much for everything, he is a very kind and good person. We had a wonderful 6 days, although it is not a touristic location, it is a good place to relax in a quiet neighborhood. He also took good care of us and provided the missing minor things in half an hour. It was a clean and comfortable house with all kinds of technological items. It is a house we would like to stay in if we come to Izmir again.

It went very well. The room is simple and pleasant. The air conditioning is working well. The bathroom is very good and the bed is comfortable. The perfect welcome. And the location is very good too.

The high-rise apartment offers sea views and great city views. The outdoor swimming pool on the 1st floor I really like Soosil. It's like being filled with fresh water. Shops and restaurants are on the first floor If you have a car, access to the city will be even better.

Our host was very caring and helpful. He showed the necessary interest to quickly solve the problem we experienced due to reasons beyond our control. I will definitely contact him on my next visit.

The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment

The apartment was very well located in the middle of Alsancak, many restaurants and shopping centers, a short distance walking to the sea. Easy to walk to and to park the car. Safe area. I will for sure book it again.
