Holiday rentals with a patio in Bayrischzell

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully and lovingly furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our holiday perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Had a great stay. Got offered to park inside the garage. Followed the recommendations for things to see in the area and had a blast! Will return.

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, well equipped and you immediately felt comfortable. The host was totally nice and helpful, everything went smoothly. Even a welcome package for dog and human! However, if you are looking for a really quiet stay, you should know that the apartment is located directly in the village on a thoroughfare and next to a hotel and there are several apartments in the house. Absolutely top for a central stay and starting point for hikes!

We felt completely comfortable at Angelika's. Angelika makes an extraordinary effort to welcome her guests. We were greeted with coffee, a bottle of Hugo, several small treats and even fresh eggs from the neighboring farm. You can feel how much passion is involved. The accommodation was sparkling clean, bed linen and towels of super quality. The absolutely quiet location and the beautiful indoor climate, despite the summer heat, meant that we were able to relax superbly. Absolutely top and 5 stars worth!

Very nice and cozy apartment, great place, warm hosts! We immediately felt comfortable. Kitchen is superbly equipped. Quiet location, ideal for starting hikes. And in hot weather there are many swimming lakes in the surrounding area

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-kept house. After the vacation, our son probably told the kindergarten about the apartment he liked so much. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around the Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian foothills of the Alps up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Simone’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, but also close to the lake, shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without needing a car. Simone was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly from the start, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during my stay—it made things so convenient. Highly recommend this apartment and I look forward to staying here again!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

A wonderful chalet, very lovingly decorated and you feel very comfortable from the first moment. Especially the sauna, which can be used at any time, is the heart of the house. Cornelia & Roland are very thoughtful and extremely friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

Mikail is a great host - helpful, very nice and proactive! The house is furnished as shown in the photos, lovingly and also very clean! We are a team of 10 people and one Toddler was there, the size was more than enough for us! I can only recommend the accommodation when visiting Garmisch :)

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. Many thanks to Simon and Sabrina.

We had a wonderful stay in Doris' beautiful apartment. Super clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Doris and she showed us everything. We were able to safely park our bicycles in the garage and the car in the underground garage. We had great weather and were able to use the beautiful terrace with garden. The location was ideal for longer bike rides in the Chiemgau, the Wendelstein region and the Mangfall Mountains. In addition, a swimming pool is just around the corner, there are great swimming spots in the Mangfall as well as restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. We didn't feel for a second that we were missing anything. Highly recommended, especially for a longer relaxing vacation! Thank you, Doris 😊

Excellent stay at Franziska's! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located less than a mile from the train station, providing easy access to Munich and day trip destinations. Gauting offers wonderful restaurants and cafes to explore as well as a beautiful walking trail that runs along the river. Franziska was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend - thank you for a memorable Bavarian experience!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

A wonderful holiday home in a quiet and beautiful environment. The house was very clean, complete and equipped with all comforts. There is a supermarket with bakery in the village which is very convenient for daily shopping. A perfect starting point to discover the area such as Munich etc. Isabella (and her family) is a very friendly and attentive host, responds very quickly when there are questions and respects your privacy. We stayed for a week and we felt very welcome and at home. Recommend!

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease - almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
