Reynaldo was very clear, communicative, and friendly. The place was well kept and clean. I was very surprised to see how many amenities and toiletries were available in the room, so that was really nice to see.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with thoughtful extras like shampoo, spices, beach toys, and chairs, which made our vacation even easier. The heated pool, while a bit dated, worked well and kept us happy all week. The location was excellent — close to beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and overall was very nice. There were a few minor issues: the pool light was broken, one chair was too damaged to use, and we didn’t have a rulebook, which made understanding the trash schedule and checkout routine a little tricky. Still, none of these small things took away from our experience. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Alvena is a very kind and gracious host! The house was very clean and we appreciated that it was catered to families. My three small kids enjoyed the few toys and we were so appreciative of the high chair, pack n play, and beach supplies. The house is 20min from Lido Beach which made it easy for us to trek over for a couple hours one of our days. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time! The location was close enough to Anna Maria Island without the traffic or tourists so it was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts left us snacks and coffee which we greatly appreciated! We would definitely go back!

We loved this home for us and our children. The home was clean and spacious for our family. We loved using the pool and the neighborhood was quaint and only 15-20 minutes to the beach. Carolyn answered our questions quickly. She is a great host!

Matt’s place is also perfect for anyone wanting to explore either side of the Skyway Bridge, from Sarasota and Bradenton to the beaches of Pinellas County, you’re just a short drive away. Matt has done a great job with the decor at this place, paying attention to small details and keeping a very clean space. If you’re looking for a getaway, don’t hesitate to book Matt’s place. ✌🏽

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

My partner and I had a great time at Turners place! Very comfortable place in a safe, quiet, and private area. I would 100% come back and recommend to those looking to stay near the water! Had an amazing stay!

We enjoyed the beautiful aesthetics of the property! The inside was nicely decorated and the outdoor patio area was beautifully landscaped and felt very tropical. Everything was very clean with a nice king size bed. Felt very spacious, especially with 2 full bathrooms. Only downside is that it is hard to wheel in luggage from the driveway to the back of the house. If it was a concrete or paved path it would have been much easier to transport our luggage to the rear of the house. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent here again!

The perfect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Location was quiet, just a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed many local spots! Funky Flamingo was adorable as pictured, clean and great communication. We enjoyed our stay 🦩 and can't wait to visit again.

The location was great. Easy access to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and the pool. Doris was friendly and professional. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I and our two grandsons. thank you, Doris. We had a wonderful time.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I loved our stay at Julia’s place! It was perfect for our short 6 day stay and had everything we needed. It was very clean and super affordable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend her place to anyone!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
