Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

Staying at this small house with pool was just what I needed. Enjoyed all aspects of my stay!

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The deck and view were so beautiful. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet. We already want to go back!

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

We had a wonderful stay in Pacifica! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location near the beach was perfect, with stunning cliffside views and the relaxing sound of the waves at night. It was such a peaceful getaway, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

We stayed as a family with our almost four year-old and had a lovely time in SF. This location was a low-key home base to return to each day. While we didn’t sleep well, sharing a bed with a young child 😅, the bed was super comfortable. However, if the sound of footsteps and a young child running around above you bother you, this might not be the place to choose.

It felt like visiting family rather than an Airbnb. The house is well decorated and fully stocked, feeling like a cozy home rather than a rental. Also, when we arrived, Jim had fresh bread and other items for us, which made us feel welcome and at ease. The house is on a corner of the street but between the dual roller shades and the plants around the backyards, it feels calm and isolated both in the house and on the back patio. The shower had amazing water pressure, the bathroom was fully stocked and had a hair dryer and all the accessories including a diffuser! The kitchen has a viking stove, good pots and pans as well as sharp knives making cooking easy. The house is blocks from bookstores, restaurants, grocery stores, and so much more. We also greatly appreciated the parking spot reserved for us, allowing us to drive there and not fight for street parking whenever we came back.

What a serene respite away into such a calm, beautiful, thoughtful space. Pack what you need and just stay awhile, the environment is one where you never want to leave. Very comfy bed, such thoughtful decor, and a calming outdoor space. It's tucked into a little neighborhood in Bolinas with dirt roads and the best smells imaginable : ) that's west Marin for you. Alina is an incredible host.

We had a very good time at Mel's place. The place was as per the listing. It's very close to the beach trails and also close to SF and SFO. Mel was very helpful, always replying back in minutes and answering our queries. Recommend her place for anyone looking to spend a nice peaceful weekend.

Staying here was so nice and easy. Host made check in secure and easy which is not always the case. Very nice space and extremely clean. Great location for us. Walkable coffee/food locations and not a lot of through traffic. Private outdoor patio was nice to enjoy as well to get some fresh air during our stay and not be inside all the time. Thank you! Will definitely keep you in mind for out next trip

Fantastic place that is a short drive from Golden Gate Park! Peaceful and safe location with plenty of safe parking. Home was spotlessly clean. Ilya was a great communicator!

My family was in town for my son's graduation. I also live in Bernal Heights and Shivani's home was ideally located--close to my house and walkable to shops and restaurants on Cortland. The accommodation was comfortable for 2 people and had great amenities. Shivani was extremely responsive and thoughtful. All around great host.

I think the best thing was the great responsiveness by the hosts . Very friendly and so quick to respond.

Victorias place was lovely, the location is convenient for access to the city and Bay Area. House was clean and well equipped. There is ample space to park and Victoria was very responsive as well.

The place is everything you need! Clean and spacious with full kitchen and living room. Will recommend to anyone who travel in SF.

This Airbnb in San Francisco was fantastic! The location was super convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Definitely recommend it!

We stayed at Henry's place for about a week. The house was extremely clean and very well maintained. The garage was a huge help. Having laundry services in the house was an added convenience. The kitchen is loaded with clean and maintained utensils, a blender, an Insta pot, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave were clean and maintained. The desks in both the rooms were very useful. The beds were very comfortable. There was also extra bedding. All the beddings, bed sheets, and pillow covers were very clean. The bathroom was clean and had lots of clean towels. Overall this house is really good and deserves more than 5 stars. Henry was available to answer any questions and provide help. The house is in downtown San Francisco, so there was some noise from vehicles throughout the day.

Maria's little apartment is perfect for a solo or couple's trip to San Francisco. the proximity to Golden Gate Park and several great neighborhoods is awesome. The apartment is cozy and clean and on a lovely quiet street. I especially appreciated the little additions Maria has - plenty of tea and coffee, soaps and lotion in the bathroom, a heated shower (as in heat in addition to hot water, made it extra cozy). There was complete privacy but Maria was also very responsive. I stayed for a week and felt right at home. Thanks Maria!

Clean and homey. We needed a place to settle after a camping trip and Ricky’s place was the perfect stop for a night. It was clean, easy to get to, lots of parking at the time, not far from the airport and not far from the city. The water pressure was excellent.
