Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Beach Haven

We had a blast at George's place. Very well located, peaceful, 2 min walk to the beach. The apartment is safe, clean and accessible and matches the photos. George was super responsive and flexible. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you again George 🙏🏾

We had an excellent stay at Brooke’s place for the second year in a row. The house is exactly as described and in the pictures - beautiful finishes, tasteful and comfortable decor, plentiful amenities. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to all the activities in Ocean City for the family but far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. We used to go to the Outer Banks for many years, and my wife kept commenting on how it felt like we were there but with all the fun the boardwalk close by. Highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts made our visit extra special by surprising my daughter with birthday goodies upon our arrival. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in which isn’t always so easy when traveling with young children. The home was calm, bright, and perfectly set out on the water. We could sit on the deck and relax knowing the property was completely fenced in. We enjoyed everything about the home and are looking forward to booking again in the future. I’ve already recommended this home to others based on our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The fact that we were a block and a half walk away from a beautiful and quiet beach was wonderful. But what sealed it was that Ted had every beach amenity we needed—chairs, towels, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards. It made the trip so easy. Ted was so welcoming and responsive. The location is on a busy road which you can hear from the porch but it didn’t seem to bother my family. It was a great place and kitchen and bathrooms plus outdoor shower were all a hit. Thank you!

Great location which is right on the beach front in Long Beach, NJ. You can see the ocean from the patio and walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes. We stayed here with another family (6 people total) and there was plenty of space. The kitchen and grill was fully stocked as well with what you need to cook with. You also can walk to many restaurants and shops within 15 minutes or less. Overall, I highly recommend this location. Dr. Z communicated really well too and provided us with detailed check-in and checkout information.

Linda and her daughter Kristie were incredible. I was texting with Kristie the day of check in and she knew I was picking up a food order and dropped bags off at the house for me to use. We booked it for a Memorial Day weekend baseball tournament and when we arrived at the house there were sunflower seeds and bubblegum with a good luck at the tournament note. They even dropped off firewood for us because the nights were chilly. My whole family loved the house, the stay could not have been any better!

Steven’s home was just as pictured and described. He was extremely responsive and even told me he was available 24/7. I would highly recommend staying at Steven’s home if you are visiting LBI!

Bill is the best host we've ever had. He is super friendly and helpful and his listing was an amazing place to stay for the week!

My 3 friends and I stayed at Harsh's Airbnb and we loved it. The check-in process was seamless. Everything went smooth during our stay, however, if there are any problems, the hosts are just a phone call or text away and they'll respond immediately. It is on the main road but we also had our privacy. I think noise is a given anywhere especially at a beach/touristy area. Didn't bother us. Everything was walkable distance for the most part, especially the beach. It was a 2 minute walk! The rooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. The living room was cozy! Everything was neat and clean and it smelled refreshing when we entered the Airbnb. Will definitely be back!

Sue is an amazing host! We had a wonderful time at her place over Memorial Day weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it fit our needs perfectly. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs was a must! The apartment is steps from the beach and the bay—and walking distance to the amazing Brigantine market on Saturdays. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The home is very walkable in beautiful downtown Hammonton. We went to the bagel shop and coffee shop down the street both mornings. It was a memorable stay and we will absolutely be coming back soon!

I love Deborah's place. this is the third time I have stayed here. It is the perfect gem for your beach adventure. One block to the bay, 3 to the beach. It is perfect. The place is always clean and has snacks!! Already book for next year

Wendy’s place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. Wendy was always responsive and even lent us some supplies we forgot to pack which was super helpful! The house and backyard were beautiful, the view from the patio was to die for, and the fire pit was so nice to have at night. I can’t recommend booking with Wendy enough, we will definitely be back!

A quaint, cozy costal stay, Mary’s place is a perfect getaway for a weekend at the shore. Idealistic in location, Mary’s place is walkable to all the hottest spots in Harvey Cedars. A great overall stay by the bay!

This was our first time in AC staying at a non Casino Hotel, which was amazing, we had plenty of room, could cook, and could easily walk to each Casino, would choose this place again and will definitely stay in this same place!! Exceeded my expectations for sure!

Beach Bungalow is a true gem. The home is charming & cozy down to every last detail. It is centrally located just steps from the beach & boardwalk. Morgan is an outstanding host, responding immediately to any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend Beach Bungalow to anyone who is looking to savor the charms of a sweet retreat just steps in any direction to a favorite OCNJ spot!

Andrew is a Fabulous Host! He has thought of things beyond what someone may need. His home is well Loved and cared for. We had an Amazing,peaceful,refreshing and very comfortable stay here. you could not ask for a more friendly, walkable neighborhood and just steps away from a very beautiful beach. Take a drive up Ocean St , till the end of the road. There is a very interesting spot to smell the fresh ocean breeze and just sit and relax 😍. Andrew's home is a true Gem!

This was our first time to Brigantine. It was great being two blocks from the beach. Restaurants next-door and across the street were very convenient and delicious. It was a relaxing environment and more than enough space for the 2 of us. We would definitely love to return!

this place is right on the beach - what more can you ask for? it’s not big but you won’t spend a ton of time there with the ocean so close, and it’s very comfortable and well-provided. will come again!

Sweet spot to stay for a long weekend. The unit was clean and well appointed with fresh linens and extra towels provided. Super easy to get in and quiet. We didn't use the loft but it looked like a great space for 1 or 2 kids old enough to go up the ladder. Overall it was a great place to stay and the hosts couldn't have been more responsive. I would definitely go back to this little gem! ; )

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.

Though the unit is very small, the owners have done a masterful job of utilizing the space in the best possible way. The mid-rise in which it is located is well staffed and in excellent condition; in fact, it's downright charming, with some old-school touches. The unit appears to be recently renovated and is in excellent condition. I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind navigating some "close quarters," but who is looking for an excellent value at a great location for a well maintained, impeccably clean, quiet property and a very congenial and effective host.
